- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to use the first couple of sessions to evaluate my clients abilities. We slowly build up strength and put an emphasis on technique. I like to make sure my clients safety comes first and we remain injury free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a personal trainer since 2014. I’ve been competing in MMA and have fought professionally.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I initially joined a gym to lose weight myself in 2008. Luckily I worked with someone that helped me become a trainer Myself.
