Introduction: Thanks for checking out my profile. I do personal training and martial arts instruction. Please feel free to view the highlight reel video I put together. I've been training in martial arts for 15+ years, obtained 2nd Degree Black Belt in Hwa Rang Do, and am 2 time World Hwa Rang Do Grappling Grand Champion.
I have knowledge and experience in most facets of martial arts including striking, joint manipulation, throws, sparring, grappling, weapon fighting, and much more. Specialty training includes women self defense, bully prevention, tournament training, sparring coach, and professional full contact training.
Besides martial arts, I train conditioning, and muscle endurance. If you are the type that wants to get fit, toned, in shape, build lean muscle, or just get your energy back, this is the right plan for you. I provide you with nutrition coaching as well because of how significant a proper diet is to overall health.
I generally do private lessons but will teach class sizes up to 30 and all ages from as young as 3 up to 70 years old. I look forward to training with you.
