I had been wanting to go back to the gym for quite some time but when getting there I was unsure of what to do to get the correct workout. I had always considered getting a personal trainer but from what I had seen they always had been to pushy and have extreme expectations. When I was referred to David he stated that he'd give a free assessment to see where I was physically and see if I felt it was right for me. I was very pleased with the outcome of the session being that he was patient to what your limits are yet motivating to get the best result. He also makes sure that you understand the workout fully and showing you the correct form so you don't injure yourself. I am now going on a month now training (3 times a week) with him and can say that I actually look forward to going to the gym without the "intimidation" of not knowing what to do. I would definitely recommend David to anyone looking for a personal trainer at any level!!

David is a great personal trainer! During our sessions, he helps to work upon my strengths but also motivates me in accomplishing new workouts. Not only does David provide training in what exercises to do, but he also provides helpful information for healthy eating. Overall, I feel that I am making great progress with David.
