- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
✅-I do Zoom class workout training sessions ( with nutritional, mindset coaching in the weekly check in included in the $15/ per session price ) ✅-I start $65 per 60 minute session if you would like an in person session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always qualify to work with a client, I personally don’t work with everyone , if you’re not giving me your A game or at least 8 out of 10 then I can’t work with you. But if you qualify then great I’ll onboard you, give you access to my app and sync up all fitbits, apple watches, mirrors to my coaching app so I can see and help guide you on the nutrition numbers for calories burned, and calories in, then I provide a nutritional meal plan and a nutritional system. So when it’s day 1 our gut health, metabolism, energy levels have improved. Making the first phase of the program easier and faster to see results

Ace certified, NASM certified, I also have a fitness app with over 300 clients as active members
