- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our focus is on creating the highest quality experiences for our Clients. We are excited to offer travel opportunities beyond your expectations! We are not a bargain/budget agency. We do charge service fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a few questions for you to get started. Please plan to have a few minutes to provide information required for us to provide you with options that will interest you. Once we know what you are looking for, we send you priced options immediately. If you don't have a destination decided, talking through your interests will help guide us. We would schedule a brief call with you to discuss and provide you with some options from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been educated and trained by Uniglobe Travel and Virtuoso and belong to the Virtuoso consortium. We continue ongoing education with our vendors and Virtuoso team.
