- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on package plans that come with, Meal Plans, Cardio Plans, Weight Training Session's and Supplement advice. That way you get more for your money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to break the new client down to a level they are comfortable with. What does breaking down mean? I use Plyo's and HITT training to get the muscle to respond to the demand of the haul we are giving it. Then I intergrate weight training for strengthening and building the muscle. Each client is given a cardio plan to follow weekly with a diet plan. Progress with me will start to show in 2 weeks. Most clients see results in a week to 2 weeks working with me.

NASM certification, Background in Pre- Med, and Chemistry degree
