I discovered Li International Dance Academy via Meetup. The locations I've been to applicable for the classes I've taken (Cha-cha in Burlington and Rumba in Newton Centre) are very convenient of a commute, and her package prices are very reasonable for the incredible structure she dedicates to all her classes (first class is complimentary). I highly recommend her to anyone that never danced professionally before and those that want to learn latin-based dance styles. Looking forward to taking more classes very soon!"See more

My name is Madison Nottingham. I’ve been training people for 5+ years, and filed my LLC at the beginning of this year. I have worked at well-known commercial gyms, private studios, and now I’m on my own adventure! I offer in person, virtual, and program building. My youngest client is 13 and my oldest client is 82. I am NOT a cardio coach and don’t pretend to be. I am a strength coach who incorporates mobility so we can stay autonomous and able-bodied as long as possible. I have trained clients for youth sports, competitive powerlifters, and those who are just getting into working out for the first time in their 40s and 50s. I am authentic and genuine, and will try to keep you laughing so you don’t realize you’re working out. I pour my all into my Gym, and my clients.
