Marcel created a delicious menu based on my preferences to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to a hungry group of 15. Incredibly professional and friendly, he has a real passion for cooking. He got a round of applause from our group when he left and then we even brought him back last minute to cook an additional meal for us one day because enjoyed it so much. The food is fresh, healthy and flavorful. We will definitely work with him again.
Pam came over and provided us private instruction in our home on basic cooking skills. Pam did a great job. We will be hiring again this next weekend to help us with preparing for Thanksgiving since it will be our first time cooking everything ourselves. I would recommend Pam to anyone looking for cooking instruction.

On my birthday Nancy came to my house and gave a cooking class for myself and several mutual friends. Although not strictly a vegetarian I requested a vegetarian menu. From appetizer to entree to dessert all were absolutely delicious, served with great presentation and style. Nancy brought her own prep table and utensils, left my kitchen immaculate, and gave us all a truly wonderful experience. I can't wait to do it again !!!
From the moment Lindsay contacted me with a quote, I was excited to have her cook for a very special birthday celebration. She was thorough, thoughtful, and she easily switched a few things up when I explained that one of our guests had some dietary restrictions. She asked to bring a server to help move the evening along, and I was happy she had the help (and Yvette was an absolute doll). On the day of the party, she was prompt, came incredibly prepared, and not only was course after course unbelievably delicious, but served in and on beautiful dishes (she provided). She and her server were personable, helpful, and by the time we were done eating the beautiful 4 course meal, the entire kitchen was spotless, and she was ready to head out. I will absolutely ask Lindsay to cook for us again, and hope it's not too long before I do so. I cannot recommend her more highly. Book her before some celebrity snatches her up as their personal!!

I have been vegetarian for 20+ years and vegan for 9 years and I learned so much from Shelly just from one class! I can’t wait to learn more, as she has so much to offer and an entire cook book worth of recipes in her head to impress any chef!
Travis was a joy to work with from start to finish. Not only did he craft a menu that was perfect for the occasion, but he also was composed, engaging, and relaxed the entire time he was cooking for us at the house. He prepared an unbelievable BBQ lunch, a breakfast by request on the fly, and an entire dinner prepped for 12. He was efficient, tidy, dependable, and personable. I will hire him again.

Elaine helped my daughter and I with cooking lessons and menu ideas that would work with both of our dietary issues. We spent an afternoon together - through the magic of web cams. We prepared a vegetable lasagna, a spinach and strawberry salad, the most amazing miso soup ever and a squash and edamame treat that was out of this world. The dishes we prepared were made from fresh, organic ingredients that were gluten free, light on salt and most importantly quick and easy to prepare in our busy schedules. Elaine took every culinary and dietary issue of ours and came back with brilliant solutions. Elaine is knowledgeable and approachable with the ability to communicate what she knows without being preachy. I've ordered the Herblends seasonings, and she also has a cookbook. I'm very impressed her knowledge and abilities make great food and show us how she does it.

I had tried Heathers Savory Artichoke Heart, Crispy Sage, Caramelized Onion and Italian Cheese Quicheand knew it was good; along with her very special (& somewhat decadent) Savory Caramelized Vidalia Onion Cheesecake_Spread, so I ordered both for the holidays. They were made with love and care and brought to my door. I loved having them on handas you know there are always more mouths to feed around the holidays! The care and pride she takes in her work really shows. The dip/spread is a real treatvery elegant and rich. The quiche is unlike any weve ever had and is truly delicious. I would highly recommend her and her cooking for anyones event or home.
I had such a wonderful time taking a private cooking class with Sylvia! She was very professional, knowledgeable & kind! Even met me at the grocery store to help me shop and teach me about different ingredients along the way! We made 2 delicious meals & I look forward to my next lesson!
￼Kathy Haynes has been cooking meals for me weekly for three years. Obviously, Im very happy with the food Kathy makes for me. I have many restrictions on the foods I can eat because of chronic health issues. Kathy makes all my food from scratch so that I can have delicious food within these restrictions. I love to cook and was very nervous about allowing someone into my kitchen, but the complexities of having consistent appropriate yet delicious food became more than I could handle by myself. Kathy is a great listener and very patient with me as I learned to work with her. She is prompt and reliable and very attentive to details. She takes great care of my beloved kitchen. It is important to me that I still get to be involved with my meals. Kathy allows me to participate when I want and takes control when I dont. She is willing to find creative substitutes for food I cant have. My food is gluten-free and dairy-free. She makes me delicious homemade coconut milk and coconut mayonnaise.! I am willing to pay for the consistency, ease, and personal attention of a private chef. I would highly recommend Kathy Haynes to anyone who is looking for that.
I am so grateful for Jamie’s cooking in my home for the last two years. It has been a godsend! Jamie has brought much more ease into our lives, given that cooking from scratch is extremely time consuming. I love having healthy home cooked meals for my family. But I don’t have the energy myself to do this. Jamie is punctual, has a positive and cheerful demeanor, and is accommodating to my schedule if I need to make changes. Jamie is very open to our personal preferences and suggestions when making the meals, and is an easy going person, there’s never any stress in the kitchen. Also, Jamie is always game to try a new, sometimes very time consuming or creative/unusual recipe for us. My deepest thanks for Jamie and her love of cooking and all the ways she helps our family to save our time for things we’d rather be doing and to stay healthy and well fed!
In a city filled with food trucks, Green Olive is hands down one of the best! They have great customer service, fair prices and their food is delicious! My fav is the Falafel. These little pillows of flavor are moist on the inside, crispy on the outside and... spicy!! I usually get mine in a pita (Gyro style!), but they also come as an appetizer or plated, with hummus & salad. They're cooked to order so you can expect a short wait, but totally worth it! The. Best. Falafel. Period. Oooh and make sure to order the Green Olive potatoes! Golden, crispy and insanely good! (And big enough for two!) Can't rave about these guys enough! :)
