Andrew Ceballos from AYS Plumbing came today and charged me a very reasonable price to install 2 Bidets, 2 shower head extensions, 2 new shower heads, a diverter spout and pop up drain blocker. He even went to Home Depot to pick up a new Pop up assembly because the one I had was broken. I am extremely happy and unhesitatingly recommend Andrew and strongly endorse AYS PLUMBING for all your plumbing needs. Andrew is skilled, personable and friendly. Andrew took the time to install everything correctly and demonstrated that it worked. Mike Garcia, the owner of the company should also be commended for listening to my comments about the pricing and making it right. That speaks highly of him and his company. They booked my appointment promptly and reviewed the work to be done in detail - Julian was very thorough with the inspection and promptly offered to check out the crawl space to clearly identify what pipes and connections were needed to hook up my new refrigerator to the water supply (no other company I called did that in the first visit) I was impressed by his willingness to be hands-on and provide upfront details of “how” the work will be done (not just “what” needed to be done). He was very patient in answering my questions. When we found out I needed the pressure regulator of the house changed in addition to the refrigerator hook up, he was willing to work with me on my budget and threw in a water heater flush as an extra which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel pressured to “buy” their services at any time. Julian answered my questions about plumbing fixtures and potential issues factually and with great detail . Jessie who came the next day for completing the drywall work was equally helpful, and went out of his way to take care of the work. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service and warm operational style of this company and their willingness to go above and beyond to establish the customer relationship.
