Set up a meeting to go over the basic plan Prior to the wedding meet to discuss the timeline Organize and manage Vendors Inform the bridal party of the days events Manage arrival of guests and any seating specifications Make sure flowers and decor are set up to the brides liking Be the liaison between the bride and all vendors and guests
