Yvonne and her bartenders (we had 3 and one barback at our wedding) were awesome!!! Yvonne had several other events on that day but not to worry as her crew were amazing as well. As soon as I spoke with her about the event and she gave us her suggestions, her experience and knowledge showed and we immediately decided to hire At Your Service. Would highly recommend!!
Michael showed up on time, stayed late, and made sure all 80+ people at my wedding were served promptly. He was able to handle a crowd of drinkers by himself and the drinks were very good.
Tiffany was the #1 reason why my husband and I were able to relax, have fun, and completely be in the moment on our wedding day. Tiffany is exactly the type of person you would want as your wedding coordinator - she's responsible, fast-thinking, experienced, and extremely hard working - and she handles everything extremely gracefully. I couldn't tell, but I'm sure our wedding was a little stressful. We had a lot of DIY decorations, a completely hands-off venue, nervous mothers that asked a lot of questions, and a lot of things that came together at the last minute. Tiffany (calmly) handled everything - and I'm not even sure how she did it - she is a wedding superhero. Before the wedding, we met with Tiffany at the venue, and she was extremely helpful in filling in the gaps of anything we missed and pointing out any issues in logistics. She then coordinated with all of our vendors the week before wedding and sent them a detailed timeline that she created. This allowed me to focus on other more memorable things - like hanging out with friends and family - in the days leading up to our wedding. On the wedding day, Tiffany was extremely helpful in setting up the reception venue and took over needing little guidance from me. As an architect, this part of the day was hard to give up because I am extremely detail-orientated regarding aesthetics - however, when I walked in the room before the reception started I was so happy how everything looked - she did a fantastic job putting everything together! It's hard to say exactly, but I feel that one of the most vital roles Tiffany played was coordinating the ceremony. It was our officiant's first time officiating a wedding and we didn't coordinate much with our ceremony musicians. Tiffany coordinated everything perfectly between the musicians, photographer, and our officiant; it went off like we actually knew what we were doing! (Well we did, thanks to Tiffany!) Tiffany went above and beyond - a day or two before the wedding someone warned us that our outdoor ceremony venue was a little muddy. I started to get nervous about my dress dragging in the mud. I asked my fiance to get in touch with Tiffany and when I checked back in with him about it less than 2 hours later he told me that Tiffany had already picked up an aisle runner and would be bringing it to the wedding. Wow! Total peace of mind. I decided to hire a day-of coordinator because everyone told me I should. I was hesitant, because we had an extremely tight budget. However, after my first conversation with Tiffany, I quickly realized that she was not just going to make sure our wedding went exactly how we had planned, but hiring Tiffany was investment in the type of memories we would have of our wedding day. We cannot recommend Tiffany enough to and I am so glad we found her. Thanks to her, our wedding was perfect.
I got the decoration done through Dazzling streaks for our party. We had a minion theme planned,and Manya did a excellent job and everything was done in time.
Forsyth Designs was the mastermind behind the exceptionally beautiful and customized decor for our wedding. Matt's ability to translate our vision into a reality that far exceeded our expectations while staying on budget was the best "gift" a bride could ask for! He literally transformed a white tent into a stunning lounge-like atmosphere that accommodated our every need and desire. There isn't a large scale event or party that I would consider hosting without collaboration from Forsyth Designs. Working with Matt is seriously delightful on every level!
Although we ended up not using Sunshine Events as my clients wedding was cancelled, she was very kind and helpful. Would definitely use in the future.

We hired Isaac for my cousin's wedding. He was a great MC and DJ! Isaac was funny, kept the crowd informed, paid close attention to the wedding timeline, and adhered to the music genre we had asked for. He showed up on time for both the wedding rehearsal and the wedding ceremony and set up his equipment and lighting in a timely manner. Overall, he was very professional, and would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to have a good time!
Beth was a godsend for our wedding. Her flower arrangements and mirrors were so beautiful and my mother-in-law made the corsage her profile photo for everything. She delivered the arrangements to our house at the requested time and we had nothing to complain about. Thanks so much Beth! Highly recommend for your wedding or any other special occasion.
Vaani did an awesome job for my engagement:) She did backdrop, centerpieces and Sign in table decor. She did everything in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend her to anyone looking for any kind of decorations for wedding, or other functions.
We hired Limelight to decorate our wedding. They did a great job listening to what we wanted and suggesting ideas based on that. They created two backdrops for us, both of which were beautiful. They were easy to work with and friendly and set-up and broke down everything without any hassle.
Velina was the designer of my wedding this summer and it was PHENOMENAL. Velina did our invitations, of all our wedding decor, and even our persian ceremony alter (called Sofreh Aghd). Velina and I spoked in detail about what I was hoping for and what I wanted, and she created a wedding theme/vibe that was beyond what I had even dreamed. Her attention to detail, her care for every little component was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for the most special day ever.
I used Bellevue for my wedding last weekend. Christina really brought my vision to life. She made beautiful boutonnieres, aisle arrangements, wall hangings and altar arrangements for us (the alter arrangements were one of the most complimented aspects of our wedding!). She worked with our budget by offering a few different options. We were really happy with her and would absolutely recommend.
Marianne was our florist for our wedding and EVERYTHING was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We got so many compliments with all the services she provided for us. She brought my visions to life!! She's very sweet, professional and responds to any questions or concerns promptly. My mother and I are extremely detail oriented and she did everything she could to make sure my wedding was perfect and beautiful. Marianne listened to all my thoughts and ideas and was able to give feedback and follow with other amazing ideas. I had many headaches and stressful moments planning my wedding, but I never had to stress about my flowers because I trusted her with everything and knew she was going to make things wonderful. I can't thank her enough for all the hard work she did. I recommend Marianne for not only weddings but any occasion that you need a florist!
I rented 3 gobo lights. 2 with decorative gobos and the other for my personalized monogram. Also, rented 3 stands along with extension cords. Brian was really helpful during the whole period of time working together. I gave him information on the space and he was able to calculate the proper lens needed. Very nice and humble guy. Totally recommend his service!!
It was a pleasure working with Courtney,very professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. She did an amazing job being our coordinator for the month and day of our wedding, we were on time and everything went smooth on our wedding day, couldn't have done it without her!
Working with Krista for our wedding was such a fabulous and easy experience. She was available to answer questions and bounce ideas off with really quick response times. Having a destination wedding was a little bit of a challenge logistically, but Krista was great in making sure everything we needed was ready to go and nothing left behind! The flowers came out perfect - I loved being able to show her ideas of what we wanted and she nailed it! Our guests thought the centerpieces and bouquets were just beautiful! We were so happy with Krista's services! If we got married again, we would definitely use Krista just so we could have peace of mind knowing everything would be perfect.
Maggie was amazing! She was extremely helpful and sweet. I needed the signs in a pinch, and she got them to us really quickly. The signs she made for our wedding were absolutely beautiful- everyone commented on how gorgeous they were! Not only that, but my wedding planner said that they were wrapped and preserved perfectly, and that she was really impressed. :) Thank you Maggie!
Kendra planned 2 baby showers for me and a blessingway. Both were extremely memorable and special. She has an eye for detail and will capture the look you're going for and make it even better. She is reliable, and extremely organized. I had a hard time expressing a vision for what I wanted, but she has a way of connecting with you, getting to know your style and then making it come to life. I am so happy we had Kendra to plan these things for us! Oh and also, if you're kind of all over the place and scatter brained like me, Kendra is your girl! She is super calm nothing stresses her out.

Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions). Thanks again Erika! You are a dream to work with and you helped us truly enjoy our very special day! Rosa and Pete Mouwen
