"I have lost the weight based on our initial goal, and so elated to have kept it off. We are currently working on increasing my strength, and am excited to eventually do pull-ups. Otherwise, Andy is a fantastic trainer who has motivated me through some challenging workouts. What I enjoy about training with him is the simpleness of the exercises. I've invested in expensive equipment and programs in the past, and all it really took was his guidance through consistency both with diet and exercise. He's not afraid to try new things to reach your goals and research answers if he doesn't know it. He also trains my wife so I will recommend his services to anyone, and encourage you take your health in your hands and entrust your goals with him."

"After taking a hiatus from lifting, I started training with Jordan in January 2018. His guidance, structure and motivation was exactly what I needed to get me back into shape. Thanks to his hypertrophy and strength programs, and I've dropped 8% body fat in 6 months--all while adding lean mass. Here are my RESULTS with Jordan: Jan 12, 2018: 26.9% body fat | 124lb bodyweight June 15, 2018: 18.3% body fat | 127lb bodyweight Lifts as of June 2018 (no belt): Squat 135lb x 5 Deadlift 155lb x 5 Bench 85lb x 5 Hip thrust 225lb x 6 Dead hang pull ups 5 x 6 sets Jordan is highly experienced and knowledgeable--not only from training clients for the past 10+ years--but from his own training as a hardcore competitive endurance athlete. He finished a 99-mile bike race in Sonoma this May in 5:20 (and came in 1st), has multiple marathons, ultramarathons--and even Ironman--under his belt. What an inspiration!! He also lifts, so his strength-focused clients benefit enormously from his wealth of expertise. Oh yeah, I've seen him bang out 20 dead hang pull ups under 60 seconds--with flawless form! He stays abreast with the latest strength and conditioning research, for your benefit (he's studying to be CSCS). *He is dedicated to his clients. He is responsive whenever I have a question for him outside of training time. Schedule permitting, Jordan has so generously stayed "overtime" to wrap up my workout--even though I was his last client after a long day! Jordan has gone private and I now train with him at Truve in downtown Oakland. He also trains clients 2 days a week in San Francisco. Jordan epitomizes the best in his field and will help you get the results you're looking for."

"I have fibromyalgia. The best I had ever been was after spending three weeks at a pain clinic (a real one, not a drug -related clinic.) After one two-hour session with Stephen, I felt better than I have in years. My spine was straight; my limp was gone. I had so much energy. He combines many forms of reiki and massage and was very gentle. I plan to continue to use him on a regular basis. I have so much hope. Before I believed I would just get worse until I died. "Stephen incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality, and will push you beyond your mental (which I need most) and physical limits to get most out of the training without screaming at me. He is fully focussed on you while training and whenevwer time permits he quickly jots down my progress and motivates me with all the Instagram recordings :) he is either working out with me to demonstrate or couting my reps or recording the video for my reference. there is decent progress within a month and i am hopeful that I will achieve my target soon with help and motivation from him. I strongly recommend him to anyone for best body and mind :)"
