Mr. Capucio's massage was one of the most memorable massage experiences ever. A consummate professional, deeply intuitive, layered knowledge of body, mind, spirit his energy and sensitivity in conjunction with true intention for healing brought me an experience of massage therapy that one can only experiences once in a lifetime! Seriously like a sumptuous heavenly divination for the soul from a beautiful soul. Very well mannered, kind and a true minister in his chosen and extremely well nurtured profession. Thank you Stephen. You are a keeper. Hope to be able to do another session next time in CA. Blessings and awe for your example of what I see you as - a true and authentic healer. Much gratitude. Ke Aloha, Valerie

I was Sebastian's client for 8 years. I have not worked with him for 5 years now but will gladly do so again when necessary. Sebastian's practice centers around authenticity. He works with you to develop an understanding of your authentic experiences and feelings and helps you to evolve this into a healthy, vibrant framework from which you can approach the world in a confident and loving manner instead of in a fearful and reactive one. Your problems don't go away but you become better equipped to face them as well as the greater challenges to come, rather than hiding in addiction, fantasy, or denial. While ultimately satisfying this is not easy work. Sebastian approaches the process with tremendous love and compassion but also favors pushing and encouraging you to move forward rather than coddling you. He also leans more toward the Humanistic school of psychology rather than the classical one which means that he will bring in his own personal experiences as part of the process, discussion, and frame of reference. This can be enormously beneficial but may not work for everybody. It worked for me because our background and trauma were similar and as a result I was able to trust the process based on example rather than theory. A balancing act is inevitably required when the Therapist brings his/her personal experiences into the process. How much of this is relevant, helpful, or appropriate? Sebastian is a willing collaborator in this balancing act and is open to hearing if you think it is too much or you would prefer a more neutral approach. Collaborating on that balancing act was also great practice for me to define and hold boundaries. Sebastian also practices Trans Personal psychology which means that the work you do with him extends beyond your individual identify and experience and embraces spiritual, and cosmic dimensions. It is my personal conviction that any healing practice be in therapy, 12-step program, or personal development will by nature have to encompass a spiritual element. There is no healing within the individual mind at all for the simple reason that it's resources are limited and it's context inadequate. Other things I like about Sebastian is that he has heart and he has a sense of humor. He is also a flawed human being and fortunately will not try to hide behind a veneer of spiritual tidiness. Though Sebastian worked well for me and many others, he is not for everybody. Check in with yourself about what approach feels safest and most appropriate for you. Hopefully this review helps, whichever direction you choose.

Diana is an incredibly warm, empathic, playful, and nonjudgmental therapist. She really accepts you as you are and whole heartedly wants to make changes with you. I am always impressed by her ability to make sense of things and reflect it back to me in an alternative way. She has opened my eyes to so many patterns and defenses I have, and has done it in a way that felt kind and safe. I would really recommend her to anyone I know.

Grace Pacheco is an amazing therapist. My partner and I had been rather "stuck" for nearly six months. We were not unhappy, but we were not happy either. Through her premarital survey, my partner and I were able to see more clearly areas that could benefit from growth but also areas in which we excelled. She gave us affirmation that we needed to keep feeling like our choice to be together was a positive decision and also gave us hope; hope that with minor changes (mostly broadening our empathy and understanding for one another) we had the potential to be in an even better place than before. Because of Grace's excellent help, both my partner and I gained the confidence to share feelings we had been hesitant to share for the six years we have been together because Grace showed us that it was not about sparing each other's feelings. She helped us realize that by remaining silent, the feelings would only muster up resentment and multiply to larger issues. Grace aided us in highlighting our strengths to explain how and why it is we've gotten so far in our relationship. In summary, Grace is an amazing, honest, and energetic therapist. She does not pretend to be beyond her expertise and always told us if she felt something was beyond her scope. She treated us with dignity, respect, and positive worth. We were not just "clients", we were really people with legitimate obstacles. My favorite characteristic about Grace..... She's validating. She did not feed us the "things could be worse" line. She highlighted that everyone has different lows, but that does not take away from it being YOUR low. She made us feel important and individual. I will forever value her for how I was treated and how she helped me with my partner. Amazing Grace, thank you.
