Introduction: I like to think I take a very hands on approach with each Client I work with really focusing on the PERSONAL in personal training. Always makings sure the workouts are fun and never the same as the one before also I am a big believer that core strength balance and flexibility are the most important factors to develop a strong healthy body..one thing that I think I do differently them most other trainers is how to develop these things by training the EYES first just like any other muscle in the body they need to be trained and since they are closest to the brain they are the ones that respond first. In naming my business JUST FITNESS I really just like to show people that fitness can be fun and that you don't have to overthink it to much form and technique are most important and in time everything else will fall into place.
