- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at their background...websites, recommendations, testimonials and such. Keep in mind that you don't have to go with the first that you speak with, and that you don't have to spend a fortune to get the repairs done...ie..over $100/hr for service.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that all customers could understand that no one knows everything. I wish there was an 'easy' button that we could push for you, but unfortunately, we have to troubleshoot issues that could take quite a long time. Our goal is to provide the very best support at reasonable rates.
