If you choose 1:1 coaching, we’ll schedule your sessions. If you opt for program design only, you’ll receive structured workouts to follow on your own. 3️⃣ Training & Coaching Support – Let’s Get to Work! 💪 Depending on your selected plan, you’ll receive: ✔️ Live virtual training sessions (for 1:1 coaching clients) ✔️ Personalized workouts & progress tracking ✔️ Form feedback and coaching support ✔️ Additional accountability (optional add-on) to help keep you motivated 4️⃣ Ongoing Adjustments & Progress Tracking 📈 Your training plan isn’t set in stone—I’ll make adjustments as needed to keep you progressing!
