If you’re looking for a Personal Trainer, look no further! Although Hannah’s’ summary says she trains former athletes, she also trains people with no experience in fitness... an all around trainer! Hannah is informative, confident, kind, and non-judge mental. It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey, your goals will be met with her in no time!

Hannah Smith is one of the most badass coaches I have ever had. She challenges you every session to make sure you GET 👏🏻 RE👏🏻SULTS. She was so responsive to messages I’d send her about nutrition questions and was with me ever step of the way to help me lose weight and still gain muscle! The best thing is she also has been through instructor training with self defense and Krav Maga. So if you’re looking for a coach to give you vital technique for Krav, I highly suggest. She’s a cheerleader at your sessions and in your life. Book a session with her immediately! You won’t regret it!

Hannah has been my trainer for several weeks. I’m so glad I’ve hired her and wish I would have done so months ago. She is excellent with customizing the workouts to achieve my goals. She also varies the workouts so it’s never boring and I work different muscle groups. She’s great with assessing my fitness level and challenging me to get the most but not pushing too hard. I really appreciate her attention to detail to make sure I’m doing the movements correctly. Above all we have fun and I look forward to putting in the work as I have her support and benefit from her expertise! I’m already seeing results!

Hannah knows her stuff! She breathes fitness. She is bad ass! She goes above and beyond for her clients. I truly feel grateful to have met her and worked with her. She cares about you and is kind. She checks on you when she knows you are injured and gives you tips. It’s not just about money for Hannah. She genuinely wants to see you hit your goals and will go above and beyond to help you get there.

Hannah’s programming has been a life saver. I was worried about how I would still be able to keep up with my fitness once the pandemic hit, but she has since provided me with really great workouts each week and I am happy/thankful to say that I have been in the best shape of my life. But of course, YOU as the client have to put the programming to work. I also never really knew the importance of accessory work but with Hannah’s training, she incorporates them which I now have a new appreciation for. You can’t go wrong with signing up with Hannah. She will put you to work in the best way!
