(See photos for reference) *I can go your preferred location with some equipment. You only need to bring a mat, a towel, and a bottle of water! *Or virtual/remote training. I like to help my clients build a long-term sustainable eating and exercising habit. So when we reach your goal, you can still continue without needing any help! It becomes automatic and normal to you. You can maintain that weight, or have different kind of goal and push yourself even more! You can also reach me even on days that we don’t train if you have any questions, or if you need someone to hold you accountable. I started personal training four years ago, although I have been well versed in exercise programming for almost a decade now. I love how I am able to inspire people to start exercising and moving! I am also an aspiring Physical Therapist, so I take safety seriously. I want you to move better to feel better while we work together to achieve your fitness goals. I also got my NASM-Certified Personal Trainer Certificate, Human Movement Specialist, and Sports Nutrition Specialist that I utilize so I can create an individualized and effective program for you. I do follow COVID-19 restrictions for in-person training. I wear a mask and wipe down all the equipment that was touched every after use.

Fahrial has been training me since February. I found her here on thumbtack and I am so lucky to have found her. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in her training. She comes to our sessions well prepared and organized and she always follows up with me on my eating habits! She is great!

Fahrial is a an amazing trainer! She is extremely patient and knowledgeable. As someone who struggles with form and rushing through exercises, she has helped improve my form, made me more confident in my movements, and kept me safe. The pacing of her sessions are also great. She is attuned to the exercises that are a struggle for me and makes the appropriate modifications while still pushing me to be my best and building the foundation for future sessions. In terms of nutrition, she gives great advice that feels realistic, easy to track, and reframed how I think about a healthy diet. On top of all that, she’s extremely kind, supportive, and a joy to be around! I definitely recommend!!!

Fahrial was a great trainer. I noticed a lot of positive changes in my health and body. She held me accountable but was also genuine and constructive with her feedback while we trained. She was really helpful, and I would recommend her to anybody looking to improve themselves.
