I want you to enjoy working out and training as much as I do, while we work together towards reaching your health and fitness goals. I also offer nutrition guidance to help you reach your goal in a sustainable and realistic timeframe. If you are looking for any quick fix or result or crash-starve-yourself-not-eating-anything-you-like kind of program, then I am NOT the trainer for you. I like to help my clients build a long-term sustainable eating and exercising habit. So when we reach your goal, you can still continue without needing any help! It becomes automatic and normal to you. You can maintain that weight, or have different kind of goal and push yourself even more!
You can also reach me even on days that we don’t train if you have any questions, or if you need someone to hold you accountable.

A little more “about me:”
I graduated from San Francisco State University where I earned my B.S. in Kinesiology. I started personal training four years ago, although I have been well versed in exercise programming for almost a decade now. I love how I am able to inspire people to start exercising and moving!
I am also an aspiring Physical Therapist, so I take safety seriously. I want you to move better to feel better while we work together to achieve your fitness goals. I also got my NASM-Certified Personal Trainer Certificate, Human Movement Specialist, and Sports Nutrition Specialist that I utilize so I can create an individualized and effective program for you.
I do follow COVID-19 restrictions for in-person training. I wear a mask and wipe down all the equipment that was touched every after use.
