Dmitri showed up on time and was ready to do the job; price for the repair based on the amount of time it took ($215 for about 1.5 hours) was a little steep for the washer drain pump install (based on $75 price for OEM replacement pump and $290 total bill), but since this was a component that could leak and damage the cabinet where these appliances are installed, figured it was worth it to pay someone experienced than trying to handle this as a DIY job. Overall, good experience but still felt like it wasn't the best bargain.
