Used cheap paint. When Sanding did not tape around at first and got sand in all our closets due to our house not being able to handle sanding and vacuum ( but wish I knew it would have created that mess). Floor had huge patches missing with stain. Did not fill in all holes as scope of work.

We are sorry for your experience but, also, thank you for the feedback. We did not use cheap paint. The clear was from Home Depot, Rust-O-Leum. They make amazing and high quality Epoxy paints and clear coats. I tried to cover your Closets, but dust gets into everything. You had contacted me about 3 bedroom floors, but you never mentioned the Hallway before the stairs or the vanity area. We only charged you for the bedroom floors, not the Hallway or vanity area. We did those floors for free at no extra charge.
