I originally reached out to Excellent Home Remodeling to inquire about assembling a shed in my backyard. From the very beginning, the communication was clear and professional. He provided transparent pricing and took the time to help me understand whether it made sense to move forward together. I really appreciated his honesty and how he never pushed for a sale. During our conversation, he explained the full range of services he offers as a general contractor — everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to garage conversions. When I found out he specialized in garage conversions, I asked about getting an estimate. He took the time to learn about the space by asking thoughtful questions about the current layout, electrical setup, plumbing access, ventilation, insulation, and what my goals were for the converted space. He then walked me through the scope of work in detail and gave me a realistic estimate for the project, including both time and cost. It’s clear that he’s not only knowledgeable but also incredibly genuine and thoughtful in his approach. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point — just well-informed and supported. Joshep was amazing , he was helpful throughout with a nice helping gesture and complete professionalism. He went out of the way to help me in every way cleaning the carpet which was soakingwet because of a pipe leakage and also left 2 fans at my place to help drying even if it was not in the work contract. I will recommend him strongly.

I had an amazing experience working with Joseph. He responded immediately after I posted on Thumbtack and showed up the same day for a free estimate. His pricing was reasonable, and his work was top-notch. He reinforced my window trims, removed mold m/water damage in my bathroom, put in new insulation and sheet rock, painted it well, and even went the extra mile to check my roof for the source of the leak. Not only was he professional, timely, and thorough, but he also followed up after the rain to make sure there were no more leaks—something that really stood out to me. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated to their work. If you’re looking for a skilled and trustworthy contractor, I highly recommend Joseph!
