John Leong, formed the club over 50 years ago bringing his extensive training and experiences from China. I also offer classes instructing in a sit-down form of tai chi, developed by Si Fu Jesse Tsao, from Tai Chi Pathways in San Diego. This form is excellent for those with some physical limitations or for many of us who sit at computers all day or who have traveled several hours on a plane (as one example).
