Dave's Morning Crunch Bootcamp has been one of my favorite workouts. Not only did I lose a lot of weight, I stayed toned for a lot longer than other workouts. He pushes you to your limit, but makes sure you don't hurt yourself in the process. Dave makes the class so fun that you forget that you got up way too early. Even though his classes are packed, he makes it feel small with personal attention and helps break the ice with others in the class. If I wasn't pregnant, I would still be taking Dave's class.
I interviewed 3 personal training studios. No Excuse Fitness was my second interview they have a great facility very private, But what matters more is they are so warm there! I felt so much at home with them. The other place was basically a bootcamp selling them off as personal training nice place not what I wanted. The third place stood me up and never follow up wow not good customer service. If your wanting personal training in a more private setting with great customer service No Excuse fitness is your place by the way their pricing is the best I have seen in Orange County I used to pay double back in Chicago where I used to live.
I've been attending bootcamp for about 3 months now and love thesupport team I have experience with blackshear fitness. Roger is a wonderful trainer he makes it fun but also kicks your butt. I always look forward to going to each class.

After working out with various trainers and in bootcamps, I know what style of training I respond best to. Gil makes our workouts enjoyable and he really cares about helping me meet my fitness goals. My job is pretty demanding so working out isn't always top priority, but Gil offers exactly what I need to round out my fitness needs -- I'm already seeing improved definition in my body after training with him this past month! If you want to take your fitness to another level, I highly recommend Gil!!

Bootcamp and Monique are amazing. I have become much more healthy and strong. I love our run days and don't mind being sore after a tough workout. Monique is always coming up with new workouts to increase our strength. There is no pressure to do anything but "work hard for you". This Bootcamp is for all fitness levels.
Fantastic training, always different in the best way! Innovative and encouraging and Courtney was so positive. Zero intimidation factor. Just a genuine caring approach. Truly a sweet person and a great motivator. I lost 40 pounds and I feel amazing thank you to Courtney for your incredible support!
As a woman of a certain age, I was somewhat skeptical about hiring a male trainer. But I took a leap of faith and JC did not fail me. He is understanding, sympathetic, knowledgable about nutrition and always up on the latest effecient ways to exercise so I wasn't spending hours in the gym. He also taught me things to do on my own which I do everyday. If you listen to what JC says and actually do it, you will see great results. Not overnight, but over time. He helped me reshape my body and I can actually see the definition in my arms and other places. And as a woman of a certain age, I can't express what a thrill that is. I feel great, unstressed by any "diet" program or Nazi bootcamp and I just relaxed my way into a new body by working it not stressing it. Cheers for JC, I can't say enough good things about him. In my book, he's a top trainer and a dear friend.
Sonia's Body Bootcamp is an intense group workout with precise training and lots of fun. Sonia has the ability to incorporate full body workouts, circuit training, cardio and boxing. I would highly recommend her services because her passion for health and fitness shows. She has exceeded my expection with great results.
Carlos Roman is an amazing trainer! He really listens to all of his trainees personal needs and goals and helps create a customized plan specifically to help them reach their desired goals. Not only does he provide excellent bootcamps and personal training services, he also helps with your diet plan ensuring that you have all the tools to succeed. With his diet ad nutrition expertise and awesome bootcamps I was able to drop 40 lbs in 7 months! Not only did I lose the weight, I'm stronger and leaner than ever before! I highly recommend Carlos Roman and the Fitmonster bootcamps! It's a great group of people that not only motivate each other, but have a blast getting in shape!
I worked with Ada for about 6 months to get in shape before trying to get pregnant and I was so happy with my results. Ada worked to push me but never crossed the line into "bootcamp" style motivation, which is not my style, though I am pretty confident she could provide that kind of pushing if that's what you needed! Our sessions were different enough that the workouts were never stale and they were tailored to my specific needs and goals. If there was a concern I had she didn't have the answer to she always consulted with other professionals to find out more before our next session together. I wish Ada was still in Austin so I could keep working with her!

I'm so SO incredibly lucky I met Sunny. I use to workout at a bootcamp style gym and although I loved the staff and met great people, I didn't feel like I was getting the results or the personal attention I needed. It's easy to get lost among the rest of the athletes so, if I was in pain, it was difficult to pull the trainer aside and explain what was going. So, I called Sunny directly and explained it all and she knew EXACTLY what I was trying to convey to her. Since working with Sunny, I've gotten great results, well rounded synergistic training, and I at each training session our relationship grows as client and trainer. She's attentive to my body and the form I need for MY body. For whatever reason, I have some unique physiology and she's so highly educated and trained that the minor adjustments we make bring so much relief! Our workouts gradually get more challenging so I'm consistently utilizing different muscles and enhancing my capabilities to do things I thought I couldn't do. Like PULLUPS! It's taken some time but I can do pullups now =) No a gajillion or anything but, I'm on my way. You wont be disappointed with Mrs. Sunny Daye. She makes you feel comfortable and doesn't get 'pushy' or overly aggressive like some trainers get. You really do get what you pay for and I'm overwhelmingly pleased! I'll be with her for much time to come! M.W.
I worked out with Steven both in LA and OC. He knows in gym and outdoor facilities to keep you refreshed and challenged. Good for cardio and I set my bench press record under him.
Training with Ali at Fit Body Bootcamp has been an amazing experience! I am getting faster and stronger than I have ever been and still working towards new goals. Working with Jared has been life changing. I am a Veteran of the US Army and I am a police officer. I can say that Jared has given me challenges that neither Bootcamp nor Academy has given me. He has made me massively stronger and leaner, but it wasnt just his workout plans. He actually listens to my needs and then created a customized workout plan that was geared to my specific goals. He never gave me a cookie cutter workout plans, and this showed me that he actually cares for my success. While I worked out with him I use to call him the Mad Scientist, because he would create new workouts that I have never heard of. It was a great compound technique, because it focused on strength, stamina, and muscle fatigue. I am still a customer even after working with him for over a year and will continue to go back.
I have worked with Brandon at Live Fit doing Personal Training and he helped me loose the extra pounds I wanted off. I had tried to work out on my own in the past and was unsuccessful. I have been a member at Live Fit for almost 3 years and now do Bootcamp and CrossFit classes there. For anyone who is looking for help to get healthy, lose weight, wants to look and feel good, this is the place for you.
