Despite a good 30-minute drive from home, I still chose him as my trainer because he met my expectations: professional, evidence-based, knowledgeable, supportive, engaged, friendly, and most importantly, no nonsense. My goal was to completely transform my skinny, fat/chubby body to be as shredded as possible. So, I’ve been training with Jay for roughly five months since Nov 30th. Since then, I have followed all his training instructions and nutrition plans and worked hard. My body has changed, and I’m in the best shape of my life ( I see my abs now!), in my mid-30s.
