I hired Affordable Maids about two years ago. I lived in a modest house at the time and their service was great. They are very professional and they pay great attention to detail. Last year I moved into a much larger house and their service hasn't missed a beat. They clean my home weekly and I am very satisfied with their work. They even do our laundry, which can be a handful, with our children. Great work at a great price, I highly recommend their service. They always leave my home impressively clean.

Simone from start to finish was very quick to respond to my requests/questions. She was very friendly and professional. She sent out Andrea who was by far one of the hardest working cleaners I have ever met! Unfortunately, our house (2400 sq ft) was too big for just 1 person to clean in the time allotted which is why I am giving 4 stars. However, this is also circumstantial because we needed a very last minute move out ready deep cleaning done. Andrea went above and beyond to get everything that she could cleaned and what she got to she deep cleaned. If this would have been 2 or 3 people I would be 100% satisfied. Simone was very reasonable and helped resolve the situation in a professional manner. The team was very friendly and professional from start to finish! Not everything got cleaned, but as I stated before it was not a 1 man job... If I had a smaller house or was provided with a larger team, I would book again!

She did a great job. Was on time, personable, and the house looked great. I had to leave so wasn't there the whole time but felt I could trust her completely. Her communication on securing the job was really good too. She can be chatty, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I was so impressed to see my house super clean, organize, with a very affordable price that fit my budget. I'm a working mother and I have a son, sometimes I don't have time to clean my house, specially my kitchen and bathrooms. Or even mopping the floors. I have been utilizing A's cleaning service for over two years now, here in Silverlake, CA. It's been wonderful to see their business grow during this time. We have a great working relationship - with weekly reminders about appointments, always arriving when they say they will, good communication when extra things need addressing and yes, my dog is obsessed with them. Super loving and friendly staff. I love the days that they come, because my items that I've left out are organized and put away. The house smells and feels so clean. And I work remotely and we blend well together when they come - I don't feel that they are on top of me when they are here. Instead, they are stealth and efficient when I am around. Nichole is extremely professional and an absolutely nice lady. She did an excellent job of cleaning all the areas I asked her to clean and even cleaned areas I didn't think of. This past weekend we showed off the house and family could not believe the fridge was the same one that has been there for years. They all thought it was a new fridge!! That's how clean Nichole left it. Yes, I would absolutely call Nichole again for her assistance. She was there cleaning for hours until she got everything done. I recommend Nichole highly.
