Hello friends! My name is Ben and I am a Chef based in West Hollywood. I’ve always been drawn to food that feels generous, seasonal, and authentic. I enjoy all types of cooking but really love creating traditional Italian dishes; scratch-made pizzas, fresh pastas, slow-cooked sauces, and simple dishes that let the great ingredients we have access to here in LA speak for themselves. Over the years, I’ve cooked for everything from intimate dinners to larger private events, and I enjoy bringing that same attention to smaller, more personal jobs here in the neighborhood.
