Stephen Capucio provided massage therapy to both my mother and myself. We were very pleased with the service. Stephen arrived early and immediately began to setup his massage table. He was very courteous and professional. The massage was outstanding. My mother has cancer and Steven was very gentle with her frail body and actually made her feel so relax that she was able to fall asleep. My massage session was very good. Stephen worked through all my knots and my tight muscles. He took his time and checked in to make sure I was ok with the pressure. OMG!!! I don't think I can work with any other personal trainer. Baron and Marcos set a really high bar. I'm new to "getting fit" so I know absolutely nothing at all. I went on a lengthy email exchange with Baron before I started, and Baron was prompt and thorough with his responses. Never did he get frustrated with all the stupid, inane questions I threw at him. Marcos is an awesome trainer. Always on time, totally flexible, and quick to think on his feet to adapt the routine to my unfit body. I've only been six? sessions in, and already I'm seeing results. For example, I went from not being able to plank at all (soooooo embarrassing) to being able to plank for over a minute. Baron and team is probably the best value of all the trainers in the Bay Area. Considering that your trainer **comes to you** and brings all the necessary equipment for the session, I don't think ANYONE can beat their price.

I've been training with him for the past 5 months and each session is so much more than just a killer workout. He challenges my mental limits by pushing me beyond the edge of my (perceived) physical limits. I couldn't make my weight loss goal last year. I needed more accountability, plus I had a bad knee injury that needed to be strengthened. I have only done 10 sessions with BJ and my entire body is already showing huge improvements in strength, mobility, confidence and tightening. I have never hired a personal trainer and I have no regrets. BJ makes it fun while helping me stay focused and to breathe. (which for some reason I forget to do) If my knee is having a bad day, he adjusts "on the fly" while still keeping the exercise challenging. The best part of my training so far, is that my girlfriends have all noticed that my "ass" looks tighter and more firm! Woohoo!!

Aria is an amazing coach. I am an Adult beginner. I’ve been around water , but never learned how to swim and very uncomfortable inside water. Its been now 3 lessons and I am already getting comfortable and don't panic as much as first time. Aria has been a great help. There are a multitude of reasons why I enjoy having Isaak as a personal trainer: from his knowledge of health and nutrition, his ability to understand my own body better than I ever could, his professionalism as it pertains to our workout interactions, and his honest approach needed in succeeding in my goals; however, the greatest reason why I vouch for the guy is that he is truly invested in the success of his clients and their respective goals. He won’t B.S. you and he will tell you exactly what is needed to achieve your goals. He won’t sugar-coat or tell you that you’re doing a good job during your workouts and nutrition if you really aren’t and that’s what you need in a personal trainer: not a pat on the back but the brutal honest truth as it relates to your progression. My personal training experience with Jason Fox consists of three-days a week of a mixture of strength and cardio exercises. Jason is very flexible and communicates in advance regarding any schedule conflictions or need to re-schedule a training session. Thus far, I have lost a total of 8 pounds since working with Jason the first week of January until now, and have received much counsel to help support my weight loss outside of session (eg: Food choices, suggested water intake, vitamin supplements, etc.) . In addition, Jason is a very charismatic trainer and pushes me to be a healthier version of myself without over exhausting my limitations (eg: asthma, weak wrists, etc.). I am comfortable in knowing that I will be pushed each week to exceed my performance of the week, and am constantly encouraged throughout my sessions when I want to give up on a workout component. I've had a few Personal Trainers (PT) over the years, some with greater success than others. After a few months of kicking around what I needed to do and which PT to use to achieve my overall health goals, I finally committed to working with Vada Rubino. When I think about where I started and where I am today, I’m amazed. I give all the credit to Vada. I’m grateful that she brought me along slowly. Vada was able to identify where I had issues and to work around old and new injuries. I believe it also helped that I was realistic about the time it would take to achieve the kind of progress I needed. Even though it was hard work, Vada was able to make it fun. Still, to accomplish my goals required discipline and consistency, I rarely missed an appointment; it was worth it, all of it. Because of Vada, today I am stronger, much more balanced and have the confidence to do the things I struggled with in the recent past. What she has accomplished with me has far exceeded my expectation. For that reason, I plan on continuing my training with Vada for the long term. He pushed me hard during our workouts but did it sensibly staying mindful of keeping my body in balance and working to strengthen my deficiencies. Ryan not only was my trainer but became a good friend. He had made me know that I could keep going and push harder than what I thought my limits were. Anytime I wanted to quit he made sure I ran that extra mile, lifted that last rep, and finish that final set. I talked to many different trainers and have worked with trainers in the past, one thing I noticed in common is that they all are in it for the money. They focus more on quantity than quality. Our initial meeting with Alma was more getting to know her and our lifestyle (daily routine, diet, goal, etc). Alma then personalized a plan that works just for us. It's good on our budget, not a crazy diet restriction but a good one, sets, reps, weights everything customized. We could not ask for a better trainer. I have been going to Extreme Fitness and working with Becca for personal training for over a year. This gym really takes the time to get to know their clients and personalize their training. They have monthly drawings to keep clients motivated ( I love free prizes!) and provide a fun environment that makes me want to get up in the morning to exercise.
