Stephen was very Polite, Knowledgable and Professional in repairing our Forced Air Heating unit under our Modular home and taking care of many other plumbing tasks that were needed . I wouldn't hesitate calling him with any other problems I would have Lory Clore Wildomar .Ca .
I hired Jose on a Friday afternoon to demolish my courtyard after we had flooding after a big rainstorm and faulty exterior drainage at our 30-year-old large custom home. He had a crew of five men here the following Saturday morning working by 8 AM. They did everything he promised quickly and efficiently on time and on budget. I highly recommend him.
Sam went up in our scorching hot attic to install a new ventilating fan. Well done and affordable.
My experience with Jordan Box, he is quick to respond, honest, gives realistic estimates based on work to be preformed, knowledgable, professional, and resourcesful. Based on our initial conversation about my project I decided to hire Jordan because it is apparent that he takes great pride in his work and will treat your project as if he was building it at his own home. I am happy I hired Jordan to do my bathroom remodel and looking forward to the next project with him as soon as this project is complete.
David has done a lot of work or me both constructing a small apartment off my home, revamping several things inside my home and quite a bit of electrical work and solar as well. He has worked several weeks for me doing different projects. What I like most about David is he tries his best to give you want you want rather than what he wants. He is extremely pleasant to work with and reliable. I highly recommend David and I can't think of anything in particular that I would tell him to improve.
Alan has done a lot of great work for me and I highly recommend him! I recently moved into a new home and needed a variety of repairs and upgrades done. Alan ran electrical conduit and installed ceiling fans for me, installed linoleum flooring in the bathroom, ran data cabling into very difficult areas, stripped wallpaper, retextured walls, painted, and much more. I had some closet doors that were in poor shape and he was able to make them functional so that I didnt have to buy new ones. I also had an old sliding glass door that had been installed incorrectly and also had a broken locking mechanism. As old as the door was, I could not find a compatible door-handle and locking mechanism so I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new door and door-frame, but Alan was able to repair it and made a custom locking mechanism. In addition, Alan has given me lots of good advice to help me save money on home repairs, and he has even given me tips on how to complete my own little home repair projects. Hes very professional, honest, friendly, and easy to work with. I really appreciate that he is willing to take on both large jobs and small tasks and I will definitely call him for future projects and repairs. Thanks Alan!
Steve was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I already have other jobs with him in the works. I highly recommend Steve for any projects you have around your home.
Thomas was a great communicator and did an excellent job building and installing our gate. Plus his pricing was very competitive. We definitely recommend Thomas and plan on using him for future jobs.
I am a recent homeowner in Escondido, Ca and I looked on thumbtack for a contractor and that's when I first found Luke Carr Construction which was an excellent choice. My old house built in the 1920s needed to be completely remodelled, there were holes and cracks in the lath and plaster which other constractors were leary of working with lath and plaster. Luke fixed all the walls, rewired all the electrical in my house, including new ceiling fans and can lights as well as new deco switches and outlets throughout that I purchased from Home Depot. He also painted the entire 4 bedroom house each room with a different colour I selected. He refinished the original hardwood floor in the house as well as the old chipped and base floor moulding, which came out superb! He opened walls and doorways to expose more of the kitchen and bedrooms, he created matching arch ways to match the ceiling. At first I was nervous because I've never done this before but in the end it looked even better than I could visualize and it created a more open atmosphere, I've received lots of compliments from family and friends about the unique arch ways. He also gave me advice on landscaping and didn't charge me to replant some of my trees that were put in too deep (took two hours), and gave me advice on the exterior which is the next phase of my home. He is an excellent painter, clean and neat, matches existing texture perfectly the other contractor said he would try but couldn't guantee it would match. He also did additional electrical work in the bathroom and advised me to add extra outlets in the living room that I didn't think I needed but really have helped me bring the house up to code. Overall Luke is a trustworthy guy and is very respectful of my choices, he gets the work done, he doesn't have a lot of the modern technology like 3D imaging and I don't believe he has a website but his dedication and old school ways worked beautifully for me and my job. He prides himself on his family life, I met his grandchildren on two different occasions and they were sweet. I'm looking forward to having him back for Phase 2! I've recommend him to two of my friends, one of which used him and she was very satisfied. Patricia
We just completed a project with Mana Design Build and we couldn't be happier with the result. The kitchen looks amazing! We recently bought a house and it needed major updates. Initially, we were going to work with our general contractor to remodel the entire house, but after reading reviews about Mana Design and their custom cabinetry, my husband and I were excited to tour their showroom. After the visit to their showroom and meeting Mazi and his team, we were sold. We don't have a big kitchen space, but Mazi was able to design a layout that works perfectly for our kitchen. They are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. With a complete home remodel, we had to schedule and time every task correctly to make sure the project completes on time. We had so many requests, but they were willing to work with our aggressive schedule. The whole team was incredibly easy to work with and they are very responsive. Due to city approvals and permits, our project got delayed by 3 weeks. Mana Design finished our cabinets on time and they were willing to hold our cabinets in their warehouse until the house was ready. During the installation stage, the team did a superior job. They paid great attention to detail and cleaned up the work site nicely after the project was completed. We absolutely love our new custom kitchen and eating area. The quality of the custom cabinetry is very high-end and top-notch. Thank you Mana Design team for giving us the kitchen of our dreams! We had such a positive and great experience working with Mazi and his team. We highly recommend Mana Design Build! Anna & Bob
It is difficult to decide where to start on this review. Most of my contact was through Monica and through this entire process she never came to me with problems, only solutions. We did a complete remodel of a home I've owned for years and used as a rental. Budget was a huge issue based on the location and taking ROI into account. We gutted the interior, full kitchen, two bath and 3 bedroom rehab. Some walls were taken out, others were added including the replacement of a circa 1980's single door entry to a beautiful double door. All of this while staying on the budget Monica worked so hard to meet. I interviewed more than half a dozen contractors before deciding on El Sol, some of them quoted my entire budget just for the kitchen. Monica made it all happen and the only budget overruns were changes I made during the build. Her son did the kitchen back splash and his attention to detail, precision cuts and grout lines rival that of a 30 year craftsman. The timeline for the project completion was slightly delayed. Some were material issues, waiting on cabinets and other items while others were manpower with her crew spread out on other jobs. This was only a minor inconvenience when balanced out with the quality and professionalism we experienced. I'm about to start an out of state build on my retirement home and I can only hope it goes as smooth and stays on budget as well as this rehab did.
Elder Jerez designed and built a frontyard porch for our Palo Alto home. The stone work, iron details and plant selection transformed the look of the house. Elder was responsive and fun to work with. Very pleased!
Travis is fair and fun to work with. He delivered more than he contracted. He's a creative thinker and added a lot to our original ideas. The place looks fantastic! His work crew showed up every day and worked straight through to completion. They were happy to work and approached it as if it were their own home. I will hire Andrews Construction again. You should too.
We had Jeff and his crew do a complete remodel of basically our whole house, including our master and secondary bathroom, a room division, lighting, custom tile work, etc. We could not be more pleased with the work done and the level of professionalism exhibited by everyone with TGC. Jeff is very friendly and I felt completely comfortable with him in my home with my family as well as with allowing him access when we were not home. Very trustworthy and ethical, highly recommend, I would absolutely use TGC in the future for more projects. If you are interested in speaking with me for any additional details, Jeff can provide you with my email address. :)
Our home was the original site for the mill creek water station in the early 1900’s. Once the site was moved, the structure went through several owners and renovations over the decades. When we purchased the property it had no less than five additions. Because of a sloping lot, each addition was built at a different elevation and was joined to main structure by a varying number of steps and step heights. Two of the additions were connected to the structure by narrow stairwells. Resembling antennae on a bug from above. None of the additions were level, square, square to each other and ceiling heights were different. It was built with hand-hewn lumber, knob and tube cloth wiring, cast iron and galvanized piping, and poured glass windows. The doors were a series of 1x4 boards lashed together with thumb latch handles (we are still using three of those doors). Scope of the project: 1. Add a second story in-law quarters including a kitchenette. 2. Incorporating the additions into one cohesive and functional structure. 3. Increase size of Master bedroom. 4. Add a master bathroom. 5. Merge new construction, electrical and plumbing with existing. 6. Increase the amount of natural light in the center of the structure. 7. Meet the energy calculations while adding windows and without replacing the poured glass windows. Our project required Ted’s unique and creative ideas to overcome our many complex obstacles. We are happy with our home and enjoyed working with Ted.

I first met Joe about 5 years ago. I looked on Craigslist for an electrician and hired him to wire my new spa. Then, I hired him to wire a 1000 square foot house/bungalow we were building and was surprised when he was able to install the cabinets, handled all the water connections and found time to replace all the old lights in our 30 yr old ranch house with new $saver lights. He has always accepted his agreed-upon price. He is honest. Joe is the ONLY guy I call now for anything electrical or for any remodeling needs. Working with Zenith Construction was hassle-free. We had them pour new concrete in our backyard patio area and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Zenith also painted the entire interior of our home as well installed some new can lights in our kitchen. Their work is very clean and they remained within our budget.
We have found Jason's Design, Quality, and Communication Skills to be excellent! We are currently working with him on another project, a Custom Single Family Home in Maui, Hawaii, and cant wait to move in...
Ramos & Son Contruction Co has done alot of projects for me over the years. I live in a Tri Level home in Covina Ca and Juan Ramos has Remodeled my 2 bathrooms, Kitchen area, Outside waterfall pond, electrical work, reinsulated the upstairs walls in all bedrooms, plumbing work, recessed lighting, repositioned a major support post in my Garage area for more room in the laundry room, installed Crown molding around the interior of my home, and painting. I have a touching story of Juan Ramos, In the summer of 2016 as Juan Ramos was reconstructing my exterior waterfall pond area, my 4 year granddaughter was placed in foster care, so I had applied for my granddaughter to get placed with me, there was alot of things that I had to do to get my home ready for inspection by the dept of Children Services for the home to be approved for my granddaughter to be placed with me. Inspection day came and everything was looking good until the social worker inspected the fireplace, the social worker indicated that she could past the. Inspection because the fireplace did not pass because the fireplace had a steel mesh protector in the front and that it needed a more stable protector, my heart just dropped because my granddaughter was still in foster care with people she did not know. So, immediately I thought of Juan Ramos that was outside rebuilding my pond as the social worker was there doing the inspection. I immediately went outside to ask Juan Ramos if he could temporarily construct a temporary barrier in front of fireplace so the inspection could pass. The social worker said that would be good and ask me to send a picture of the temporary barrier once its installed since she had to leave for her another assignment. Juan Ramos immediately went to Home depot to get the materials needed to construct barrier as I had to report back to work, Juan Ramos completed the temporary barrier within a couple of hours and then he sent me the picture of barrier so I could send to the Social worker, the Social worker was impressed and approved home for my granddaughters placement with me. My granddaughter now has a safe home, and I have adopted her and she now goes to a Christian school in Covina Ca. I give alot of thanks to Juan Ramos for going out of his way and doing this for my granddaughter . Overall Juan Ramos does excellent and remarkable work, his work is very neat, clean, and very detailed at a great price, there was never no delay in all the projects that he has done at my home. Most importantly he's a man of honor, with a heart of gold. I have so much respect for Juan Ramos because of his honesty and caring nature. Best contractor I have ever met in my life.
The experience Munoz Enterprise inc. delivered to my home was professionalism, expertise, and satisfaction in customer service. I would highly recommend the company to anyone for home renovations. Fantastic company without a doubt, would hire for future home projects.
