- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With regards to officiating weddings, in most cases I am pretty flexible in my pricing. But you must know there will be fees in the event of late starts ($25 per 15 mins. after start time).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my new customers in order to understand their needs and how I can assist them in making their journey and experience a pleasant one. In regards to booking travel that can all be done with a phone interview.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in ministry over 40 years. And in the travel industry since 2012. I have a masters in Christian Studies with an Emphasis in Leadership. I specialize in cruises, some discount vacations, and All-Inclusive vacation packages. Airline tickets can be purchased online you don't need a travel agent for that unless it for 7 or more traveling.
