Being born and raised in Sacramento, California, I developed discipline and resilience early through my tennis career, which began at age eight. After dedicating over 10,000 hours to training, competing, and coaching, I went on to teach tennis in Silicon Valley at government facilities and prepared to compete at the NCAA Division I level. My dream of becoming an Olympian was ultimately interrupted by a tendonitis diagnosis, but it led me to transform my passion into something greater.
