Mimi catered an event for 30 people for me. She was very prompt, flexible, provided many options, and was easy to communicate with in pre-event planning and preparation. Extremely helpful in planning a reception for family & friends after my Father's funeral. All coordinated online, menu developed and pricing more than acceptable. Laurel was responsive, attentive & flexible attending to my changing requests. The Service was yesterday & the food was exceptional. The staff could not have been nicer or more considerate. Wanting to learn to cook lower calorie food that still had great flavor, I hired Zac to come to my home and teach in our kitchen. My husband is our (excellent) cook, I am not a cook (at fifty-something years old), presenting a bit of a challenge. Rising to the occasion, Zac planned a meal that read like the menu at French Laundry! Panic!There was no way I could prepare this meal. Zac said...Way! He met me at Sonoma Market to introduce me to fresh everything, not packaged anything! Back at our kitchen, the magic began and WOW! Probably one of the most delicious dinners I've ever had at home, and certainly rivaling 5 star restaurants. Our cooking and dining experience was nothing short of superb and better yet, not a dollop of butter or a drop of cream was used to create the fantastic soup, salad, and complex main course. Through Zac's exceptional knowledge of herbs and spices, he taught me to create extraordinary flavors to enhance the food, and not over power it. It was a brilliant evening of cooking! Zac is easy going, yet very assured, and his ability to communicate is second to none. Remarkable job by a talented young man who will be continuing to educate us in the kitchen and most assuredly catering events for us. Bravo, Zac...Bravo!

Ring of Fire offers an excellent catering experience, I first tried their delicious eats at a wedding and have now booked and enjoyed them for two corporate lunch events. Their food is phenomenal (coming from a spoiled Napa Valley local) and they are a pleasure to work with! I will be booking them for years to come!

Weddings require quite the budget to get done and the first thing one should do is bring a project manager into the mix. That's where Christina can be involved and the sooner you bring her in, the less stress you'll feel and the smoother the entire process will be. She made our wedding planning and day of process go so smoothly that we were able to shed a lot of stress we had going into it. We should've hired her several months earlier but we had the DIY mentality. Something that's great for hobbies, not weddings. =)

What a pleasure it was to work with Juanita and the crew. They were so helpful and accommodating for a backyard birthday party. I cannot express how nice it was for me to enjoy the party (my birthday). They arrived early to help with last minute items, my guests had a wonderful time and my house was cleaned up before they left. Whether you are having a large or smaller event, hire this company. They are the best!

I initially hired NK from Paradise Parkway just for Day of Event Coordination services but when my venue cancelled on me exactly 45 days before my wedding day, she rose to the occasion and became the partial event planner and essentially my savior for my last minute wedding crisis! NK was creative, thorough, supportive, had my vision and best interest in mind throughout the entire planning process. There was one meeting when NK, the DJ/Lighting staff and venue manager were excitedly throwing out ideas about the space design and NK observed how quiet I was, she made sure to stop the chatter and check in with me to see if what was being discussed was matching to my vision. I truly appreciated this act as I tend to be quiet and pensive when a lot of things are going on. It was great I had an advocate for me! NK was also instrumental with making my venue space elegant and beautiful! When my first reaction to the venue cancellation was to find just a random hall to hold my event, NK highly encouraged me to look at the Sacramento Convention Center meeting room space, noting it had great potential. I’m so glad that I did! With her creative eye and floral design background she helped turn the boring meeting rooms into and elegant and beautiful event space! She helped get a champagne colored draping where my fiancé and I’s initial monogram was lit, she created a combination of centerpieces that included manzanita branches with crystals, fresh floral arrangements and medium/tall candles that made my guests’ tables look amazing! She also arranged floating candle vases and incorporated some of my nick-knacks and engagement photos for the Welcome and name card tables. She also went above and beyond when created leftover flowers into beautiful flower arrangements for my sweetheart table when she noticed it was looking bare, also added fresh flowers to my wedding cake! During the event, NK checked in with me and my bridal party often, ensuring we were on time and that little things were taken care of (i.e. informing me what catering staff were saying about drinks supplies, my 2 yr old nephew also poked my wedding cake so she turned it around so other guests don’t see, haha!) My wedding reception turned out more beautiful and lavish than my first venue space! I had so many compliments from guests about the décor! NK is professional, competent, creative, detail-oriented, warm, kind and supportive! Not to mention, her services are so affordable compared to other event planning and design business! NK was a God send! She helped create my event timeline, facilitated communication among my vendors and checked in with me often during the weeks/days leading up to the wedding. What would have been a wedding reception disaster, turned into an amazing beautiful event thanks to NK! I highly recommend her for your event coordination/planning and design services!

Normally I would find it difficult to give someone a key to my house and alarm access, but after meeting Morgan and her team all apprehension and doubt disappeared. Having Natasha do my nieces bridal shower event that took place in March, 2014, was quite an experience her ideas and the whole event planning was beautiful.
