William Viergever says, "Been having problems with our main toilet; keeps overflowing even with no TP.After a major one on Christmas Eve *and* again on Christmas Day, I called our awesome landlord and she got a hold of 911 Drain Lines & Plumbing.Well, they definitely live up to their name; they took her call, and after hearing from my landlord I reached out to Brett, and explained the situation. and some history.He listened and said hed get someone out the next day.Around 1:30 Jairo & Guillermo showed up. I explained the symptoms and what we found about a year ago when the same overflowing occurred and then they went to work.Well, it was the same thing!!! We have some strange vegetation growing under that baths toilet (and were on a slab foundation?!?).Anyway, they attacked it and cleaned it all out, and then snaked the line in case we had downstream stuff.Cleaned up nicely and then took off.Cant recommend these guys enough!!They came, they cleared the growth, they snaked they conquered"See more

They called me back the next morning and sent someone right away to start the job of replacing the very old main. They also showed me that the drain lines were obstructed with rust and roots and with my approval had a crew fix the problem. Again, I found Alpine to do a great job. The sink, toilet, and shower in one of my bathrooms was completely clogged. I tried plunging the toilet and snaking through the shower, the toilet, and the clean out behind the toilet with my 15 foot snake. No luck. Next step was to either rent a larger snake from Home Depot or call an expert. No need for the $99 "smell good plumbers" here. Jose's price to unclog my drain was not only well below those guys, but it wasn't much more than what I'd have paid to rent a snake from Home Depot. Also, Jose didn't come with any of the fine print mentioned briefly in the smell good plumber radio ads (which I read and found out they would not clear a clog by going through a roof vent or a clear out that is inside the house). Jose was prepared to do either, if necessary, but he started at the easiest method and worked his way up until the clog was cleared. He started with a small 35 foot snake through the shower. When that didn't clear the clog he went in with his camera through the clear out behind the toilet. That camera saw the clog a little over 50 feet in (my recollection is that's about the length of the Home Depot rental snake, so my money would have been wasted had I rented one). He was able to push through it with the camera and clear it out. No need for him to have brought in the heavier equipment (which he had and was prepared to use). My appointment was for between 9-10AM and he arrived just a few minutes after 9AM. Very friendly, knowledgeable, clean, punctual, and got the job done quickly. I checked all the boxes for him. Great job!
