My most favorite days in yoga classes were taught by Luke. His classes were challenging, multi leveled, rejuvenating and his music was always on point. My friends and I found Luke to be the most authentic and straight talking instructor. I have yet to find another yoga class that I really love everything about. ♡

I have recently taken one of Sabrina's Kundalini Yoga classes held in the Wellness Park in Palm Springs. What an amazingly uplifting and ground breaking experience! I had been dealing with some recent stomach/anxiety problems and she was able to help me start to clear that energy and reset my chakras. She has such enthusiasm and passion that almost immediately radiates into you! After just one of her classes, I felt such a transformation not just in my body but also my spirit and mind! Michelle is a well trained body and energy worker with many years experience. She comes to my home always on time with her oils and hot rocks. I love her respectful draping techniques. She gives a lot of attention to tight spots, neck, feet and head. My body always feels energized and healthy when we are done. I ask for 1.5 hours so I don’t feel rushed. I pay $100 which is a good value. I would love to have one every week!
Silver Wisdom Yoga, Melinda, has helped many of us beginners and advance yoga students to participate on a regular basis with the enjoyable way of helping and explaining the purpose of the practice. I have found her style to be an essential and beneficial in helping many of us gain confidence and engage in practicing yoga on a more regular basis which can be powerful and transforming experience. Rebecca’s yoga class was maybe the best part of my bachelorette weekend! A wonderful way to start a morning, cleanse after the evening before, and enjoy nature around us. The class - from body focus areas to timing - was completely customized to our group. It had the right level of challenge and relaxation. She is an instructor who will walk around and make adjustments (at least that was the case for approx 10 of us), which I personally love. I would definitely recommend any class of Rebecca’s and wish she taught regular yoga classes in my area!

Melinda is truly wonderful. Her calm, soothing voice guides you through your yoga practice. Her fun-loving personality assures you that as long as you're breathing deeply and listening to your body, you're practicing yoga. I feel at ease and relaxed in her classes. Don't get me wrong though: you'll definitely build strength also! I leave her classes feeling so relaxed, but at the same time I'm wondering how I sweat that much!
Nieves is very calm and patient with me! I've taken several private lessons from her and she's been extremely kind as I am a beginner. She's a natural at Yoga & you can tell it from this charming lady! I'm inspired every time I take a lesson with her (or practice would be a better way to put it). Sadly, the hour goes too fast!
