I could not be happier to have found Lee's. This was the third refrigerator repair service I had called for my Bosch ice maker. The first didn't know anything about Bosch. One showed, diagnosed, said he would order the part, but was never heard from again, despite my calls to the company. Lee's sent Cody to my house within just a couple of days. He clearly knew his stuff, diagnosed the problem, and made an appointment to return with the needed part in two days, which was my only opening. He was prompt, courteous, cleaned up after himself, and fixed the problem! The price was reasonable. Lee's has been great from my first call to them right through getting my ice maker up and running. I'll definitely call them the next time I need an appliance repair. I highly recommend Lee's Appliance and Refrigeration Service.

Repairman was there for maybe 3 minutes at the very most. He held the sensor with his finger and tried to run the dryer with the door open. This led to him diagnosing a broken motor, and was told that buying a new one would be better off. HOWEVER, had he taken a closer look, he would have realized that making one slight adjustment on the knob, and the dryer works again. This does not address the noise, that I told you all about in the first place. I just can't believe how unprofessional this guy was. He clearly just didn't want to do it. This 'diagnosis' costed $79. I NEVER write reviews, so you can be sure this customer service was just terrible. If there were an option for a zero, you'd have a zero in my book.

Mr. McSherry was called a number of times by one of our owners to discuss his experience. However, we never received a call back. The last voicemail left for Mr. McSherry was an offer to have our technician come back out. If we found that it was not what the technician determined was the problem, we would provide a full refund. We received no response.

Cody is the only good thing about this company. I've called and left multiple messages without response. When I finally get someone to pick up a phone they act surprised that a customer may need help! Its been 3 service calls strung out over close to 3 months due to the lack of communication and initiative by those working at the office. They are highly unprofessional, to the point where they load up service techs (Cody) with many more jobs than he can get to in a morning. 8 were assigned in a 4hr window for him. Needless to say, he was over an hour past the service window by the time he could get to my place. One of the worst contractors I've dealt with. Avoid!

We are sorry to hear about your experience concerning your service. We understand the frustration with timing. Unfortunately, with home warranty jobs, we do need to get authorization from them before we can order parts and proceed with the repair. We did contact you on the status of the authorizations to keep you up to date on the timing. As for the scheduling, we definitely do not schedule our techs with 8 jobs in a 4 hour window. Unforeseen circumstances do happen at times which may cause our techs to run a bit late. When this happens, we do contact you ahead of time to give you a warning. In this case, you had a scheduled appointment window of 8-11am. Unfortunately, Cody did get caught up at a previous job and he ended up arriving at 11:30am.
