Medford Brothers immediately replied to my request w/in 2 hrs involving a unique project to rebeam a Platt Park 1931 tudor basement stairwell and was able to accommodate an in-house inspection 5 days later. After opening a 2' x 2' gypsum lath wall above the stairs, he recommended its not worth the pricetag to raise | Rory Medford made a trip to buy some drywall and patched everything up like it was when he arrived. I asked Rory the cost for his 2 hr inspection and he told me whatever you think is fair | Also apologized for not being able to solve the project affordability (Mind you this is a rebeam $$,$$$) Rory runs an honest operation, interested in providing value to the customer. I hired Medford Brothers LLC to repair and stain my 20 year old deck and it was a great experience! Rory was so professional, prompt, and pleasant. He walked me through every stage of the job. He listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions. He asked questions to make sure he got it right. He gave me a time-line for the project and stuck to it, even finishing a little early.
