Moving is not fun. However, Katie's intent was to make my move as manageable and as stress free as possible. In the process of getting to know each other we developed a strategy and set goals. It was a far different experience than that offered by the movers who suggested a one-day pack up. My needs went far beyond that - including decisions around sorting, discarding, donating and organizing. It was especially helpful that there was flexibility in the availability of additional team members depending on the task. After the actual move, the supervision of the unpacking and placing allowed a speedy settling in my new home. Katie has a great sense of sequence and priority - she is a professional !

I was hesitant to call in another company to clean my home as I haven't had good experiences in the past, ie: workers cutting corners, not doing as thorough of a job as I would have liked, not showing up on time, but Martinez Pro Clean restored my faith. I've personally known Jes for many years. She is one person that continually amazes me with her organizational genius. Her house is always incredibly tidy, not because she cleans 24/7, but because all of their possessions have a home and she has created organizational systems that work for her and her family. Jes has offered to help me to get more organized. One area I struggle with is managing paper. Stacks of mail, recipes, cards, etc. seem to just get moved from one place to another when I try to clean. When I mentioned it to Jes, she explained the system she uses at home. It involves expandable file folders that are organized by document type and located in a place that's easily accessible for quick filing as paper comes into the house. Sounds so simple right, but I took her suggestion to heart and she talked me through getting it set up in a way that works for me. This has greatly improved my paper situation! Leann is so patient, kind and accepting that I was willing to let her help me with my terrible office mess. She gently directed me to stay focused and on task. Leann helped me re-create my office organizing so I can keep up with tasks and work in a pleasant environment. I love her!
Janae did an excellent job. Arrived on time and performs all duties as asked. In addition, she was able to organize my closet exactly the way I had asked. She was able to go thru a pile of paperwork without to much instruction. One of the times she came to the house (it was a disaster as I had to run out of town last minute) and when I came back everything was in its place with no instructions. It was wonderful! Overall my experience is always quite pleasant and above satisfactory. I truly recommend her services whether you need a deep, quick clean or help organizing your home. Either way, she is a great at what she does!
