We loved working with Colton. Being first time home buyers, we really didn't know what to expect getting into this whole process. Colton walked us through everything that we needed help with and explained things we didn't understand or had questions about. Not to mention that he is also very friendly and enthusiastic about his work! We would love to work with him again in the future.

I was a first time home buyer and Colton was so helpful and patient with me. He took the time to listen to what wanted. Colton found me a condo in the location I wanted and it was under my budget. I would highly recommend him, he made my home buying experience so easy and painless.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is based soley on the commission base in Colorado. I do not get paid unless I find you the home you love! If I am helping you buy a home, you do not pay me anything, the seller pays me for bringing you to the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My process working with new customers is first building a relationship. KNowing my customers needs is the number one thing to finding you a home that fits you. Second will be to educate my client of the market and what to expect through the home buying process. Third is going under contract and Fourth is moving in!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am backed by the Association of REALTORS, graduated from BOLD twice. I am compliant on all continuing education courses.
