My fiance and I are taking lessons to learn a choreographed dance for our first dance at our wedding. Sherry is an amazing instructor! She is so patient and kind. I am so glad we decided to go with her!
Cathy gave us just what we needed to make our wedding dance a success. She is a great coach and motivator and helps you work with what skills you already have rather than forcing you to learn new steps or choreography. My husband (then fiance) and I learned to connect with each other more than we ever had before in our dancing. Rather than stressing about performing in front of all of our guests, we had a blast and just enjoyed each other. Our family and friends are still raving about our dance.
Matt taught my fiance and me our "first dance" for our wedding. Personally, I am not big on dancing, so I was really nervous when we went into our first practice. To my surprise, I walked away from this experience not only absolutely satisfied with my experience and the routine that Matt created for us, but also a bit sad, because my lessons had come to an end. Matt never made us do anything we were uncomfortable with, he always made sure to listen to our input about what we liked and didn't like about the routine, and he made sure to pay attention to detail, always taking into concern the clothing, shoes, space, our abilities, and ultimately our experience performing when choreographing our dance. Every penny that we spent on learning this dance was worth it! I HIGHLY suggest Matt Gregory as a your dance instructor.
I was looking for a fun event for the family that included some hip hop dance while meshing old school and new school moves, music, etc. This was a birthday gift for my husband that included the kids, ages 14, 11 and 9. While at first, I expected their shyness to show through, which it did, they were dancing and jumping around like crazy by the end of the session. Jessica did a wonderful job at keeping the kids involved and interested while still giving dance moves that the "adults" knew from our growing up days that are still considered fun and spunky for today's kids. It was an awesome experience that left us laughing, working hard and loving every minute of it!
Brooks'n'Friends were an amazing part of our wedding reception! We had a wide variety of ages (0-95) and the music was enjoyed by all. They were incredibly friendly, timely, and went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend them for any party you might be throwing! The songs were timeless classics that everyone sang could sing and dance along to. All my song requests were met beautifully :) The experience was incredible and very special! THANK YOU ALL for the lovely night of music and dancing and laughter!
My daughter has taken dance lessons from Cynthia for a few years - first as a dance teacher at her school, then private lessons. We love Cynthia. She is first and foremost a talented dancer and teacher, but also a sweet and caring individual. She cares about each child as individuals, and can relate to my daughter's concerns as a pre-teen (10). She is empathetic, and can adapt to what my daughter is going through that day. That said, she also holds my daughter accountable for getting the work done. My daughter has greatly improved under her guidance. I highly recommend Cynthia for either a group or private lesson.
A great way to start dancing :)
Julie was great in all respects to help fine tune my 15 year old granddaughter’s abilities before she went to NY to participate in the Rockette’s Dance Experience. She got top marks from her Rockette instructors and was invited to be video taped for threir website! Thanks Julie!
Working with the teachers at Adventures in dance was a wonderful experience. They took the tension out of learning and helped us move our feet in a musical way.
Always such a excellent, professional and fun instructor!

I give lessons as well as choreograph for weddings, processions, recessions, and father/daughter and mother/son dances. I unfortunately do not do classical ballroom choreography, but if you are looking for a duet that doesn't need to strictly be a waltz, salsa, etc., I can help you out. I also cut and edit music, so if you're needing an elaborate dance with different songs, I can take care of everything.
I have a lot of experience behind me. I'm reliable, trust worthy, and never give up on things that are hard work.
