Karen was my wedding planner and florist for our wedding at my parent's ranch. She made it possible for us to have our outdoor wedding through Colorado's 100 yr flood and everyone had a great time. Christy Joy helped us with our wedding planning focusing on decorations and floral arrangements. She did an amazing job with the backdrop, table and chair settings, flower arrangement, bouquet, and boutonnieres. We were really impressed with her work. Sangeeta assisted with specific assignments for our daughters' wedding that we agreed upon in our contract stages and she executed them perfectly. She was trusted with all our valuables on the wedding day and she made sure we came back home with nothing lost. Gloria helped us plan our wedding and also assisted with making sure everything went smoothly on the big day. From finding a venue to picking out table decor, Gloria helped create a beautiful wedding and was there to assist us with the planning process every step of the way. Typically, Gloria picked out three of her top vendors under each category for us to try (ie: photographer, florist, baker, etc.) All of her choices were superb. She handled communication with all of the vendors, taking all of the stress off of our shoulders. On the day of the wedding, she was in complete control in making sure everything was in its place and went according to plan. We would highly recommend Gloria for all of your wedding planning needs. We could not have had such a beautiful wedding without Gloria!!!

This was the best planned wedding we had that was perfect all the way from start to end. Lata was an immense pillar in midst of all the wedding planning for our big day. She is a very dedicated, hard-working and gem of an individual. Her professionalism is immaculate. We had two ceremonies at our wedding, an Indian Hindu ceremony which was completely taken care of Lata, and also had Mehendi/Sangeet a night before which was organized flawlessly by Lata and her team. Cheers to all of them. Me and Sara would love to recommend Lata for any of their weddings. It was because of her efforts me and Sara could enjoy our big day to full extent.

My daughter lives in Florida and wanted to get married in her home state of Colorado. I found Trenda with Unique Moments Event Planning on Thumbtack.     My wedding was in Mexico, and being a catering manager my self I figured that I had all of the experience to plan out my own wedding, boy was I wrong. Bliss elevated came highly recommended by my friend in Denver; I would have never had the "blissful" wedding that I had without Julie. She was so calm and organized, all I had to do was sip champagne and relax and Julie took care of the rest. She organized all of the catering staff, DJ, wedding guests and hotel staff the entire night. She managed to pull together the perfect wedding day that I had always dreamed of!

    TeNeil exceeded our expectations! From the beginning, she made it clear that she would take care of us and our wedding. She asked what my biggest worries were so that she could help mitigate them. One of those worries being my mom. We don’t have the best relationship and TeNeil was able to field all of my mom’s questions and handle her in a polite and friendly manner, making my mom feel special while making sure I wasn’t bothered. It was extremely reassuring to know that, whatever it was, TeNeil had it handled! We told her our vision and she made sure it all came together perfectly! Our wedding was seriously exactly how we wanted it - it was beautiful. We had a large wedding of over 150 guests and a lot of moving parts (she flipped spaces twice in a matter of two hours!). When we booked her, TeNeil’s price was half that of other comparable day-of wedding planners but she definitely did just as much, if not more work, than a more expensive planner. I would recommend TeNeil to anyone getting married or having s large event! She is a pro at what she does, instills confidence in her clients, delivers, and exceeds expectations! I wish I had more photos from our wedding to share, but I was so busy enjoying our wedding that I didn’t take many.... and we haven’t gotten our photos back from our photographer yet. :)

      Christine was the best wedding coordinator! My husband and I got married in Palm Springs. We starting working with Christine when we lived in Denver then we moved to NYC. She was amazing with all the back and forth that were involved planning a wedding across country. Not only did she completely manage day of coordination but did so much work on the back end to make our wedding happen. Christine worked with vendors, was our middle man for many conversations, and emails, and helped us get our pricing down with many vendors. I really appreciated her knowledge of this industry and having a person "on our side" that we could bounce ideas and pricing off was invaluable. A lot of our wedding was pieced together which made this even more valuable. We had our reception, ceremony, and party at a private estate. Therefore everything from our caterer, rentals, bookings, bartenders, decorations, flowers and everything had to be done by us! Christine was a huge part of making this all happen. As for the day of, it could not have been more perfect. She showed up big by managing all of the above so I was able to focus on my wedding day. I could not recommend her enough!

      I was the pianist at a recent wedding at Cherokee Ranch and Castle for which Donnah Phipps of Poised Events was the wedding planner. I was very impressed by the way Donnah reached out to me via email prior to the wedding. She provided timelines and diagrams for all the vendors. When I arrived at the venue, Donnah was extremely professional and very calm and organized. She is also very personable and easy to talk to and was gracious enough to meet with me after the wedding so that we could swap ideas and "shop talk".

      How much do day-of wedding coordinators cost?

      A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. Another option is to hire a coordinator to manage the last-minute details leading up to the event; for example, 25 hours of month-of coordination costs an average of $1,200. Several factors affect the cost of day-of coordination, including the region, the planner’s experience, and the specifics of the wedding. If the ceremony and reception are in two different locations, expect to pay more than if they’re in the same place.       What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

      When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

      • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
      • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
      • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Make sure your wedding coordinator provides the type of services that will most help you create the event you have in mind, such as selecting vendors and handling their contracts, or managing the guest list and invitations.
      • What are your ideas for fulfilling our wedding vision? After you describe your dream wedding — rustic or sophisticated, traditional or funky — the wedding coordinator should be able to suggest appropriate venues, menus, decorations, etc..

      Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

      Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more. Most wedding coordinators also handle:
