Introduction: I offer therapeutic massage services and techniques geared toward chronic pain, postural evaluation and corrective instructions to relieve chronic issues. Unique from other therapists I use a Therastim unit like a tens machine that loosens those chronically tight areas. I am a therapist who was an Olympic caliber athlete, so I'm very familiar with how the body moves and what is needed to correct over emphasized muscles so you Get Relief.
What I enjoy the most about massage is helping people feel better especially those who have the challenging issues that no one else has been able to figure out.

I saw Fran and explained the type of pain I was having in my shoulder and neck. She was able to asses and treat the problem area and by the next day I had no more pain and full range of motion! Im confident in her skills and knowledge of the body. As an athlete my body gets used and abused and I know Fran will play an important role in keeping my body flexible and pain free.

Loved Fran!!! She is great! She is very down to earth and patient. She explained everything that was going to happen during my visit. I love that she listened to me and didn't judge. She even got down on the floor and demonstrated all the stretches and exercises that I should do to alleviate the pain that I was experiencing. I'm somewhat sore today, but nothing compared to the pain I had prior, and that's just after one visit. I am going back next Friday. So glad to have met hear and would recommend her to everyone!!!

Fran helped me with my tennis elbow, neck and shoulder pain. She went the extra mile with all of her resources and took time to understand who I was and what my needs were. Felt like physical therapy. Highly recommend her!
