My name is Andrea and Ive been a personal trainer since 2018 and holy cow have I had my own struggles with health and wellness!
but heres what I've learned...
We have to go deeper. Fitness and eating habits are about more than just discipline. These patterns—healthy or unhealthy—start in your heart.

But I am a coach who truly cares about you—your mental health and your physical health.
I’m not a therapist or a doctor… but I will ask you how you’re really doing. and I will push you to deal with your internal battles as we battle things like food addiction and inconsistency.
Together, we’ll move your body and fuel it in a way that helps you start to feel better—not just physically, but emotionally too.
Our sessions are an hour long. We’ll train with weights, resistance bands, and other tools to help you build real strength.
I’ll come to you, so we can make progress in a space where you’re comfortable and consistent, and we'll stay in contact daily for accountability.
