These kind folks came by the house, verified that a quick electrical hook up could be made, helped with a suggested smart thermostat, and drove to the local Ace hardware store for the purchase. 30 minutes later I had the smart thermostat that I wanted! Very nice technician! I will be using them for my upcoming AC and Furnace cleaning this spring"See more

After the repairs and upgrades, everything is working as it should.The humidifier has kept my home at 50% humidity or higher all winter, which has made a noticeable difference. The installation was handled professionally, and he took the time to walk me through my options and flag potential challenges ahead of time.We worked together to find solutions, especially since the humidifier had to be installed in a tight space that limited placement options. The only good thing about my experience was the techs were nice. Communication was a challenge—they told me to text them off of the thumbtack app if I wanted a quicker response, but then kept using the app to communicate. Because of this, they missed the first window I thought I had booked them for. I asked for an inspection of our swamp cooler in addition to summerizing it… after the techs left, the unit did not blow cool air. I went outside to see if I could figure it out—there were at least two major leaks in the line from the spigot to the unit. I’m amazed their guys didn’t say anything. Im using a different company for the repair—I won’t work with this one again.
