Brandy is amazing, as I'm getting older, she has helped me with my balance issues, I'm more flexible & feel amazing after a yoga session. She takes the time to make sure I have proper form & position. I anxiously await our yoga sessions as I know I will feel completely renewed & at peace when we finish. Brandy's strength, positive attitude and peace of mind is what I strive for in my near future.
I highly recommend Adriana, you will not find a yoga and reddinkin instructor who cares more about you. The meditation and yoga following the group section were wonderful and really rounded off the whole experience. We can not wait to schedule another team building day with Adriana.
I absolutely love all the yoga classes I've taken with Maggie so far. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but warm, friendly and professional as well. The classes are always challenging/different, and at the end I feel completely rejuvenated. Whether you are a beginner or veteran, she can push you to the next level - such a great experience!
On top of chronic low back issues and accompanying tightness in my hips and legs, I suffered a motorcycle accident last year and needed to be rebuilt from the ground up. Jessica is highly competent and frankly, masterful, in her shiatsu massage work. She truly has a gift. She was able to go deep or as light as was needed - her hands somehow "know." After 10 sessions with her, I feel like a new person. Not only am I now happily back on my motorcycle, I no longer afraid of attending even advanced yoga classes, and I shaved 2 minutes of my Bolder Boulder 10K race time this year! I am so very grateful that Jessica has been on my health and wellness "team." You'll be glad to have her on yours too.
Great teacher, I've been in her yoga class and yoga meditation class, I've been lifted to states of higher consciences during her leaded meditation and watched spade drips of rainbows come from my pineal gland. Very calming up front teacher.
Kristen taught us Yoga at work! Stayed after work to accomadate our schedules and was fantastic. 😍😍😍😍
I love taking Kim's classes! She blends many styles of yoga into her classes. No matter what kind of class you are looking for Kim will be able to deliver, she can teach to all levels. What I like most of all is she teaches in a non intimidating and fun style. Kim is a great teacher and an even better person. Namaste.
Susan is a fantastic yoga instructor, spiritual leader, friend and person! She is refreshingly open and honest with the trials and tribulations of her own path and more than willing to help others find their way. Plus, you will never leave one of her yoga classes without feeling like you've had a complete mind and body work out!
I was fortunate to be Whitney's yoga student on many occasions. She is a thoughtful and intuitive teacher who makes her students feel "seen" and safe. She is quick to learn your body and then provide safe and therapeutic ways to practice. You will never feel lost in Whitney's classes - she communicates clearly and effectively. Whitney possesses special gifts that help her students go deeper into their practice. I would take her class any day of the week!
I had a one-on-one yoga session with Sona and it was amazing. She tailored the yoga to my body and what I wanted to work on. She showed me the the proper way to do each pose to get the most benefit. I thought I knew how to do yoga, but I have a lot to learn. I look forward to our next yoga session. Thanks so much Sona, you are amazing.
I take Sarah's weekly yoga class in Golden and have received two thai yoga massage sessions in recent months. Sarah is a rock solid health and wellness professional. In the yoga world, she's skilled at Yin, Acro, Vinyasa, Nidra and Restorative. I believe she has added pre/post natal to her quiver, but I don't fancy those styles. She can craft an excellent class to yogis of all ages, abilities and body/injury issues. Sarah is whip smart, especially about anatomy and ayurveda, loving, and has a quirky sense of humor. I'm a very experienced yogi with 500+ hours of training. Sarah is my teacher because she the real deal, one in a million... I'd lay down in the road for Sarah, the amazing "Elven Fairy".
I have attended yoga classes taught by Jen, as well as a private reiki session with her in my home. Jen is incredibly talented and is very intuitive about her students' needs. I would highly recommend her.
FBY is a wonderful yoga studio with a large variety of yoga classes and workshops. We have been members since they first opened. The massage therapist is wonderful too.
I recently attended a yoga class, and I happened to be the single participant for that day. Which meant that I ultimately had a private yoga session with Jenny, needless to say I was blown away! She started by asking what areas I wanted to work on and if there was anything new I wanted to try. Since I’ve never had a one on one session, I knew would be my time to push myself and get out of my comfort zone. Jenny was amazing at helping me with my flow, and helping me with my head stand form ...something I haven’t had the opportunity to do because a big group class can be intimidating when working on areas, like a headstand. I would strongly recommend Jenny to anyone that is looking for a great yoga instructor !
We hired Becca for a Yoga Summer Series at our workplace-- one class per month. We had tried other instructors in the past, but Becca came highly recommended (and requested!). Becca knows how to read a room and flex her style to accommodate all skill levels. This made for our highest attendance rates yet! Thanks Becca for a great workplace yoga experience!
Kat Bartell is the perfect blend of spunk, passion, comfort and inspiration. Her classes keep me challenged as well as motivated to grow physically and mentally. I love how she incorporates her knowledge of yoga, Pilates, nutrition, massage and multiple other talents into creating an experience that is about a lifestyle. You don't take a Kat Bartell class to get a workout. You take a Kat Bartell class to expand what is possible in life!
I am most impressed with Rebekahs' knowledge of the yogi /yoga mind, body, soul, universe connection. This class was exactly what I always felt yoga should be . Not just another excessive class. Every session we had was an experience and every experience was different . She taught how practicing yoga ,the physical / spiritual practice of yoga can alter ones life. She teaches the reasoning behind every pose and the affect it will have on your body . Rebekahs practices are an experience you will want to repeat over and over again. She is a true yogi!,,
I've never enjoyed a yoga class better.
I've attended Kosha for two years. It's an authentic yoga studio focusing on alignment, meditation, nutrition, workshops and teacher training. Kosha offers different levels of yoga classes for everyone. Workshops and classes are reasonably priced. If you want to feel welcome at a yoga studio no matter what your physical level this is the studio for you.
With legs up the wall, Im lying in this inverted position as I wait for class to begin. Whether finding peace from the days woes, or starting a new day afresh, Ive discovered a sanctuary at Inner Connections Yoga: There is no better place to relax, detox and destress than this one. Led by John and Jeanne Adams, a gathering of attuned teachers offers each student the chance to discover their own levels of strength, balance, flexibility and overall ease. I would never have thought that yoga could do so much, but in the hands of this compassionate team it really can be an all-in-one practice to heal body, mind and soul. Mindful teachers offer suggestions for modifications that enrich the benefit of each asana a position of purpose for each student. Classes begin and end with a meditation to help you take everything youve learned, off the mat and into the world. I have come to know the environment at Inner Connections as both staff and student. And I know it to be deeply transformative place or simply a gentle escape from what ails you. Its a special place, indeed.
I was drawn to teach yoga in the Kripalu tradition because it speaks to the WHOLE individual--not just focused on exercising the body. My classes are really an invitation to explore the "yoga of LIFE"--how what we experience every time we come onto our mats is a mirror for our journey through Life: its gifts, its challenges and its lessons. I incorporate wisdom teachings from many traditions, poetry, music and sharing and each class is unique.
