    I've been personal training with Tyler now for over 6 months and he is fabulous. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to me so I understand it. And he is WAY patient and motivating which is what I need. I am a 52 year old who decided this is the year I will be in the best shape of my life. With Tyler's help I know I can get there!

    Of all the trainers I have worked with; Tyler is the most knowledgeable, dedicated, conscientious and respectful trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tyler comes to the table with custom tailored workout programs, smart-phone apps for creative exercise options (which I swear by), and meal plans; all of which are easy to follow and manageable for those who don’t work out (like the 'old me'). Tyler and I have been working together on getting my weight under control and bringing my missing muscle tone back into my figure. I weighed 301 pounds not long ago. Now, with less than 4 months of basic training and really watching my eating, I have trimmed down to 254.3 pounds. Mic drop. (I work weekly with Tyler and have never felt better in my life. Worth every penny.) Thank you Tyler!

    Tyler’s 10 week program really works! He has the knowledge and the skills to put you in action to lose weight. The best part is: you lose weight the healthy way, rather than being sent down the path that a shocking number of personal trainers instruct you. He is the first person I refer friends, co-workers and even strangers to (strangers who ask of course).

    When I started seeing Tyler, I was overweight and totally out of shape. Since then, I have lost 10 pounds and am really starting to see the results! He helps a lot, especially when it comes to motivation. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started professionally modeling at age 15. By 18 I had lots of people wanting my help to achieve a better physique. I decided to get all my certifications so I had the credentials and the knowledge to help as many clients as possible achieve their dreams!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research, see who's qualified. Figure out who has the credentials to back up what they claim, and lastly hire the person you can relate to and will enjoy spending time with on your fitness journey!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That in order to succeed you must have a burning desire to do so. If you want 100% more than anything to achieve a new you, then don't you want the person who's motivating you everyday to want it 100% too! A personal trainer who's just as passionate about helping you, as you are about achieving that new healthier version of yourself! You have to want it more than anything, and your support system needs to stay in unison with that desire to most efficiently reach your goal!
