I opted to go with Pulse because Jordan offered a couple alternatives as well as offering a more complete replacement also changing out some old valves proactively while the system was out. I took advantage of the Xcel rebate moving from gas to a hybrid electric water heater as one of the options Jordan provided. Jordan did the plumbing work and Nick took care of the electric. Overall, it was a great experience. Jordan and Nick were timely, personable, and thorough. The installation looks a performs at a high level. They obviously have a lot of pride in their work. City inspector was out this morning and approved right away. Pulse is also taking care of submitting the rebate to Xcel. Thanks guys, it was a pleasure working with you."See more
