Ivan didn't just do the job, but gave insightful thought to my somewhat unusual job and thought outside of the box. Of course he thinks about such things often, while hopefully I only do so very occasionally.
I asked for a solution to my problem and didn't dictate what needed to be done ... and he and came up with a perfect, but somewhat unusual solution.
We all know from hiking in Colorado that once a building loses its roof, the rest goes, too. His work will preserve my building for a long time. Many thanks go out to him.

I reached out to several people/companies for replacement of a few missing roof shingles and 5280 Restoration gave me the best price by far. They responded immediately and were able to have my project completed within 24 hours. They also sent me pictures of the completed project, explained their observations (e.g., what they believe causes the roof shingles to blow away), and provided information about the home insurance process which was very valuable to me as a new homeowner. I will be using this company for all future roofing needs, highly recommend!

What a great experience with Ivan and his team! Ivan was fantastic - great at communicating from the start. This is something where a lot of contractors fail miserably.
