- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with new clients is to first and foremost get together for a free in person consultation. An in person consultation is a great way to get a better understanding of what the client is looking to achieve during the training process, as well as to give the client an opportunity to check out our studio. The next stage of the process is to book session number one. I use our first session to show the client our typical warm-up, perform a short fitness assessment, give an Intro to new equipment, and finish with a shortened workout to ease into the routine!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my CPT from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up partaking in a very active lifestyle. For me, being able to help others stay active and healthy made becoming a personal trainer an easy and obvious decision.
