Mountain event services is the bees knees. After video chatting with them before the wedding we knew we made the right choice. We wanted our wedding to have a 50's vibe. We weren't able to pick enough music and Matt our dj did an amazing job picking out more music to make our day special. My mother and my sister added some activities along the way and he was able to change things up so everything ran smoothly. He even had extra equipment ready when we had to switch things up at the ceremony. He was professional and not over bearing/cheesy (which what I was most scared of) his wife Cassidy was our photo booth attendant. She was adorable. She never once got overwhelmed and she smiled and joked about everyone's pictures with them. The props they brought were perfect and they even had left over supplies for a scrap book for us. I'm so happy about that because I love it and I love there picture they put in there too. Now I'll never forget who helped us achieve the perfect wedding for us. Thank you Matt and Cassidy.

Carla is absolutely amazing and was the difference between an unorganized wedding day and a fabulous event! My husband and I have large families with lots of opinions and requests. Carla worked closely with us throughout the planning process to bring structure, organization and a plan for the day of our event, all while making everyone feel like their opinions were valued. She did more than "day of work," Carla worked with us to select and track vendors, she made calls to confirm guest attendance for late RSVP'ers, she put together our day of timeline, and reviewed all of our wedding stationary. Carla was right on time with everything from her late night email reminders, Pinterest messages and words of encouragement. She was my sounding board and helped to make my vision come to life. Most importantly and most appreciated was Carla's support on the day of the wedding. Having Carla available to manage the flow of the day, oversee pictures, guide guests, time the ceremony processional, manage vendors and all of last minute requests, allowed me, my family and my closest friends to enjoy every moment of the day. Trusting that everything would be taken care of was a gift, there is no one I would have rather entrusted that responsibility to than Carla from Fabulous Functions. I can't say enough about what a difference she made in the success of our day. Thank you Carla!

Princess is amazing. She was the DJ for my wedding this past weekend and it was a blast. Princess is insanely talented and really knows how to keep the party going. My daughter lives in Florida and wanted to get married in her home state of Colorado. I found Trenda with Unique Moments Event Planning on Thumbtack. Trenda was easily accessible and very professional. She met with me immediately. She did not impose her ideas on us and willingly listened to and incorporated our ideas and theme. She had great ideas to make our wants and needs better. She handled all of the coordination with the venue and vendors with ease and accomplishment. Jonathan was willing to work with my needs on my budget, which saved my wedding day because finding a reasonable decorator in the area was near impossible. He met with me a few times prior to the big day to ensure he understood what I wanted done. Due to the uniqueness of my situation I paid cash up front for his services, which at the time I was skeptical of, but now I would do it again any day. Jonathan went above and beyond what I needed done; when I walked into my reception hall it looks absolutely perfect! Everything went seemlessly I couldn't have dreamt of a better situation! I would highly recommend Highlights Colorado to anyone.

We can't say enough good things about Lindsay/Beyond the Décor. I must admit, that when I was first planning my wedding, I didn't think I needed a day-of-coordinator. Boy, am I glad Lindsay was there. She drove all the way to Silverthorne to join us for a venue meeting and the day of the wedding was flawless; all thanks to her. Beyond Elegance Events and Weddings has assisted me in so many ways. I contacted them when I was planning on getting married. I had a short time frame and a small budget, they said No problem! They handled every last detail. They helped me locate a venue for my reception that was economically priced. Tracy communicated with my local church, to make all arrangements for sound, rehearsals, scheduling and payment. They located a D.J. for the reception that would only play songs off of my play list. Set-up an appointment with the cake baker for cake tasting, Even the day of I told them what I wanted and they spoke with the reception hall on my behalf to ensure that everything was just like I wanted it down to the smallest detail. I was very worried as a bride and they took the worry out of it. I am so thankful for the work that Tracy and Beyond Elegance did for my wedding, they really went above and beyond and everything turned out perfect!

Where do I begin? From the moment I met Christine - I knew she was going to make my wedding the most amazing day of my life and she didn't disappoint. From the planning to the communication to the suggestions to the last minute additions, she didn't miss a beat and always responded with kindness. Planning a wedding is stressful but working with Christine took all the stress out of it and just made it fulfilling experience culminating in the most amazing night of love for us, and all our families and friends. You need someone you can trust and I am so thankful that Christine became more than just our wedding coordinator, she became our friend. Her attention to detail was perfect! Her ability to make you feel calm when dealing with all your family wishes was something I will treasure forever. She made merging an Indian ceremony with a traditional reception so special. She is the real deal! If your are getting married, you would be crazy not to have Christine leading the charge by your side as you plan your special day.

I had a wedding with about 250 people and ultralight dj'd for us, they were so kind and professional and they even set up special lights and a fog machine for us so the pictures look really cool! They got people who normally wouldn't to get up and dance which is so important at a reception otherwise it can be awkward. But they made it so much fun! I couldn't be happier!

By coincidence, I just happened to have attended 2 parties coordinated by In The Event and Elyse Boule. Both parties were PHENOMENAL! What made them so special? The attention to detail with the planning, the food, the drinks, the decor, the entertainment and the overall vibe. Elyse truly has a knack for understanding what the client loves, what they don't love, and how to make it a memorable experience. The first party was an outdoor graduation party at a private residence (~60 people); the second was an indoor Kentucky Derby Party at a private residence (~30 people). First, the person being honored at the outdoor graduation party loves Cajun food so Elyse arranged for a New Orleans Food Truck to serve up New Orleans cuisine for all the guests right on location (absolutely delicious AND smart - no kitchen clean-up for the host!). She worked with the food truck to design a menu that was adult and kid-friendly. She obtained all the necessary permits for a food truck to stay parked in the neighborhood. She hired a bartender who specializes in making southern-style cocktails (also delicious and smart - no one had to serve themselves). Not only did she arrange the food truck and bartender, she also found a New Orleans-style jazz band to provide entertainment for all the guests. It was a blast! I truly felt like I was on Bourbon Street that night! She mastered the New Orleans theme, just what the client wanted. It was perfect, despite a freak rain storm. Of course, she planned for that too and had already had a tent and heaters out. I did not expect this at a house party. I was expecting a sandwich tray-white sheet cake and balloons graduation party snooze-fest. NOT A CHANCE! Everyone had a blast, no one batted an eye despite the short burst of bad weather and all the guests, including the band, kept on rockin'. The second party was a Kentucky Derby party (indoor). She coordinated a "Best Derby Hat" contest for the ladies and kids, and provided cute prizes for the winners. The food was all Kentucky-inspired, as were the drinks. Each drink glass (in mason jars - perfect!) were labeled with a horse's number so that drinks wouldn't get mixed up. Similar to the first party I attended, it was so clear that this girl pays close attention to the clients' needs/wants and her attention to detail is impeccable. (I hear that she will be planning a wedding for a client soon, and I want to go just for the party even thought I don't know the bride and groom.) There is no doubt in my mind who I will use when I throw my next party, whether it's big or small. I am so glad I found her - you will too!!! Thank you In The Event and Elyse!!! You make parties truly unforgettable.

For more than a year I started thinking on throwing my daughter a Sweet 16 party. As a busy working mom with only experience on little kid's birthday parties I knew I needed the help of a professional. I checked some companies, read reviews but none of them seemed to be what I was looking for, until one day, beginning of this past spring, I found Good Ol'-Fashioned Party and I checked the website, pictures and I knew she could put the party together the way my daughter wanted it. Not only Heather capture the idea when we first met with her but also helped us to create a plan to get all the main pieces together in such short time (less than 4 months). She helped us finding venue, catering, decorations. She was always on point, she advised us, she supported us and guide us when we started getting out of track. Heather is a real professional, down to earth, supportive, creative, incredible helpful, she helped us on last minute projects that I could not take care of myself and she did an amazing job. The party ran very nice and Heather and team were on top of the details, they were always around with a smile and great attitude. They knew all the logistics that most of the time we as guests do not pay attention but make things run nice and smooth. The venue we chose for the party it's really beautiful but with Heather and Cassie's touch the place really was transformed to an amazing elegant reception. Kids had a lot of fun, parents and families had a blast. I can't thank her enough for everything she did to make this dream come true for my daughter and I will be always grateful for everything she did for us before and at the party. She not only can create a beautiful wedding party but also a big special occasion event!! I recommend her service without any hesitation and I plan to use her services in the future and refer her to my friends and family.
