M J Kort says, "A Phenomenal Job!!I decided to look into tub refinishers for the bathtub in our 100 + year old home in Denver to avoid the cost of an expensive and overly invasive tear-out and re-installation when I came across Denver Bathtub & Tile Reglazing. The companys outstanding Google reviews caught my attention as I was exploring other options I had an earlier higher quote from another company.What an amazing transformation! If you have a tub (and evidently tile which we didnt need) thats showing its age and looking tired, you should check out their website and give them a look you can call Drew the Owner and get on their schedule ahead of the coming Holidays yes, they will soon be approaching!We ended-up adding the anti-slip coating and its really a largely invisible add.Im attaching a picture of Joseph our Technician, who said that this kind of work suited him well as he came from the automotive painting field. And what a diligent hard worker and perfectionist our vintage tub is beautiful once again and guaranteed for 10 years, although Drew the company owner said that the new acrylic compound material will last much longer.Oh, I should add as with any type of painting or refinishing project, the key is in the surface prep work and taping. And they nailed it Josephs background certainly came into play here!Give em a look. We are VERY pleased.Michael K."See more

Overall, the structural quality of the repair is excellent, but the scheduling and cleanup could have been handled better.From the beginning, I specifically requested a Friday start date because it was a 3-day job. I needed the shower fully functional by Monday so I could use it after work. However, they only showed up on Friday to collect my upfront payment, informing me they wouldn't actually start demolition until Saturday morning. Because of that delayand the discovery of some bad drywall behind the wall tilesthe timeline pushed out. It is now Tuesday, and they have recommended I wait until Wednesday to use the shower to be safe. Missing my shower for the start of the workweek was a major inconvenience.That being said, their actual communication regarding the structural issues was great. When they found the compromised non-waterproof drywall behind the lower tiles, they paused and explained the issue immediately. They charged a very fair $1,200 change order to cut away the bad substrate, install proper waterproof backer board, and run a second row of wall tiles to tie the whole system together seamlessly. The extra work was absolutely necessary to stop the leak for good, and the final result looks solid and professional. They also accept credit cards with zero processing fees, which made financing the project incredibly easy.My only other complaint is that the final cleanup was lacking. After they left, there was quite a bit of dust and construction debris left behind from the demolition phase that I had to clean up myself.If you hire them, you can expect honest people, fair pricing, and top-tier technical workjust be prepared to double-check the exact day labor begins and keep a broom handy for the end of the job.Updated to 5 stars! They reached out and took responsibility for the mess. I can't fault them for that. Very reasonable company and Juan was a great point of contact.Here's some before and after photos."See more

He was up front with the pricing and arrived in time for the job. After connecting the washer I had a washer leak( not his fault) and was out of town while experiencing a major water issue. Brian responded quickly and went to check the lines and connections. He offered as much help as he could, going very above and beyond.
