Sean is a consummate professional in the health fitness industry. His knowledge and expertise are simply unparalleled. I hired Sean as a personal trainer and over the year I worked with him he helped me increase my knowledge base from proper lifting techniques to strategies in managing eating habits and pitfalls. He educated me on the traps that exist in trying to eat healthy versus dieting and the tricks that food labels can play in their descriptions of "healthy" food. While I trained with him, my muscle gain and lifting capability significantly increased. Having a pre-existing knee injury, Sean was very careful to teach me the proper techniques to exercise safely for the rest of my life. I cannot emphasize enough how much I learned with Sean and I know anyone would benefit from training with him for any period of time.
I have spent this past week interviewing personal trainers. Morgan was the one who responded with great interest in me as a person not just "another client". He responded back to my texts quickly and he took the time to talk with me over the phone and meet up with me in person. I have not had the privilege of working out with him yet (Next Friday)... But I have hired him to be my personal trainer. I feel Morgan practices what he preaches. I feel he is genuine and truly cares about my own personal progress. I feel I will not get a one program fits all deal with him. He truly puts the personal in personal training. He passed my text test! He was the only trainer that quickly responded back to me and advised me even before I hired him. I am excited to work with him. He gave me homework to do even before we get started. I have been training with Freddrick for about a month or so now, and I have to say that my life has already significantly improved in more than one way. My goal is to lose 50lbs, and I have already lost 10 of those pounds with Freddrick’s guidance. He is not only extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable, but it becomes clear early on that he truly cares about you as an individual and doesn’t just view you as another client on his list. He has provided me with the tools and information to be successful and if he doesn’t have the answer to one of my questions, he takes the time to find an answer. Our workouts follow a certain outline, but are different every time and are personalized to accommodate my fitness level. We meet twice a week, but Freddrick has set up a plan for me to ensure that I know what to do when I have to work out alone. Aside from getting me results every week, his wisdom has helped shape my mind to be more positive toward myself. I would be lying if I said that this journey is easy. I’ve had a lot of good days, but there have also been days that I couldn’t find it in me to believe in myself.
